They lie about prices and will charge you extra and then lie about it again. I got a cheese quesadilla and you are allowed 3 sides with it for no extra cost (check the website if you think im lying) . They charged for 2 sides and then offered to charge me for a burrito instead (even more expensive)????? Halfway through this review I realized they didnt give me the third side i ordered. Legitimately the worst chipotle experience you can have and the food wasnt even for me. Lol at this location. Sad. Atleast they didnt charge me for the third side they forgot.
The food was good. However, the man in glasses with long brown hair and a mustache was very unpleasant and tried to charge me 2.40 for extra rice after baby scooping me twice and was generally very rude. The woman at the cashier was a somewhat tall brown haired woman who was very nice and did not charge me 2.40.
They were busy at the time of arrival. But over all service was good. They also were not stingy like many other chipotle restaurants.
Always a pleasure to stop by and get some fabulous food. Friday's are my regular schedule for chipotle.
845 pm Feb 12th, filthiest ever! Lady in line with a small dog, actually she picked him up near food and register. All their workers over looked it all. Counter filthy all the way to register, both trash cans running over, trash on floors! Oh how I wish the health dept walked in!!! I asked the server, who's manager, he said a woman's name, I asked, yall don't see that dog? Lady quickly walk out with dog, too late I seen it and its clearly not an emotional support dog!
Probably the best chipotle in the Springfield/Alexandria area. Typically super fast , very clean, good with portions and the burritos are usually wrapped to perfection.
Any one else notice the difference in the portio size for delivery vs take out? I ordered the lifestyle steak bowl for delivery, they clearly missed the steak (Mayne 1/2 a spoon ful) and I literally counted 12 strands of lettuce. I guess the next time I'll drive my lazy self to the restaurant. Hopefully, next time I'll get the pre-inflation portion.
I drove to chipotle at 8pm and on my way to the door, I find that the store completely closed down, the lights w were out, doors locked and everything. But online it says they’re open til 10pm. I assume the staff decided to go home early, what a shame.. someone in corporate might want to see what happened and why the staff left so early.
I went here for lunch today and was not greeted when coming to the front. I asked for salad lettuce with white rice and pinto bean. The lady gave me a glob of rice rushing to put my beans on. I’m asking for more rice before she put the beans on and her response was I know. I then asked for chicken however I did not want the last bits of pieces at the bottom and asked for fresh chicken. The lady rolled her eyes and stated this is fresh chicken. I repeated myself again I would like chicken that’s not at the bottom of the pan. She catches an attitude while taking my bowl to get more chicken. I don’t understand what the problem is when ITS MY MONEY IM SPENDING. Everybody on your line for today had an attitude and I’m not sure if it’s the temperature change or the fact that it was Thursday. However I WAS VERY UN HAPPY. The only one that seemed happy to be there was the cashier.Please do better especially when people are paying full price for there meals with your price increase.-Sade
Worst chipotle ever ... they barely put any food in the bowls and when you ask them for more they have an attitude. Happens every time ....... this place sucks 0stars go to kingstowne chipotle instead .... 10 times better
