I went to this chick-fil-a for the third time and have received pickles on my chicken sandwich that I ordered. Now to others this may not be a big deal but I am strongly allergic (Hence why I’m making it one). Other than that the food is great, service is ok. I do believe though that the amount of workers they have in one area could be distracting to one another which lead to the mix up but I could be wrong.
The chicken biscuits at this place are so good. The biscuit is so perfectly fluffy and sticks to the chicken, I have to be careful taking apart to add jam. Drive-thru can be a drag but given their logistics, pretty impressive … given the hot mess traffic that goes through here.
Quick service. If you like take out or ordering using the app, their processes are excellent and very streamline. A busy location, but they have a drive through. First class!
The food and service were great, but the drive thru line situation here is awful. I was in line out on the main road and waited over 30 mins in total to place an order. I don't think there's much they can do to improve that though because of their location. Just something to be mindful of if you're planning on hitting the drive thru during peak hours.
Took me 15 minutes to get through the drive through line. The only redeeming quality was the man who took my order. He was super positive and nice. Otherwise I would never come back to this location
I visited this location today for lunch. First issue, the person who took my order assumed I wanted to substitute my fries for a soup with my meal. When I received my order in hand, I didn't have any fries with my order. My order was a nugget meal and soup with a split lemonade and fruit punch. Second issue, my drink, I received a lemonade ?, with no fruit punch.Third issue, the frozen lemonade as one size, a small. Other locations, have different.sizes to offer for their frozen lemonade.Get it together over there.
Excellent customer service and interaction.But that's where the hype ends for me. Their product is fine. Nothing wrong with it but I just don't get all the superlatives.
These guys are the bomb. Just go there. They got all the other chicken joints beat, not only in customer service, but in flavor. I always look forward to eating there. Oh yeah, and with this Covid nonsense, they have an awesome drive through system.
I love Chick-fil-A. I’m from the south where it is a staple and known for its very fast and efficient drive thrus. This location is absolutely horrible. The location is in a strip mall and very hard to get into. The drive thru is beyond slow. It does not come close to the standards that other locations hold.
Disappointing location. They have messed up my order several times, but I've overlooked it because the food is tasty. Regular lemonade instead of frosted lemonade once, no sauce whatsoever another time, somebody else's order - the last caught before driving off. Most times they rush you through and traffic patterns and lines make it not worthwhile to go back.The latest was a placed a mobile order in advance (see screenshot). Arrived at literally 10:01 and was turned around.I regularly spend ~$100 on many sandwiches to bring to work, groups, etc. Not something that will ever happen at this location. We'll see about other Chick-fil-As.
