Charley's is changing $0.5 for a plastic bag just to take your food with you. It's bad enough you purchasing you food and you have to pay for a bag to take it home. Will not be buying from here anymore.
You can't go wrong with their delicious sandwiches. The plus are the fries & the full flavor drinks.
I picked up order for 3 for the office got back they given us wrong order. Very disappointing and tired calling no answer. Its a Hassel seeking parking going through it all getting into food court. Hope you guys can make this right. Thank youZeeshan
Went to the mall today was very happy to see a Charleys my boyfriend and I ordered the same steak and cheese we both got loaded fries I had mine with jalapeños they were great. The subs were great I got me a lemonade it was so good once I finished that one I got another one this time peach flavor so delicious ?

Basic mall-quality food. Nothing spectacular, but I ate every bite with no regret which is always a good thing. I will say, I did not like the uncooked veggies added to my sandwich. I usually prefer sauteed peppers etc., not cold ingredients added. I actually really hate that. Great Steak is an example of a restaurant that sautees then adds the veggies to the sandwich - MUCH better option for me. Charley's does offer specialty beverages (lemonades), but I did not get one, but will next time I go here.

Good News! The store has reopened for curbside pick-up since last Thursday. I am glad I can have my favorite cheese steak back during this pandemic.They are available for pick- up and delivery through Ubereats, Doordash, and Grubhub. Nice???
