This is the worst place to order from especially if you are using Door Dash. Today marks the 5th time I've received the wrong food. But Bob Evans truly outdid themselves today. I was sent raw bacon and undercooked eggs. Then when I called the restaurant to speak with a manager, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, had to call back several times just to get through and all they could say was sorry. Using the "we are busy excuse". I paid $35 for breakfast and I expect the correct food and for the food to be properly cooked regardless of how busy you are. Additionally, if you are out if an item, you call the customer. You don't just send whatever food you want. I will never from Bob Evans again.

Waited 30 mins to be seated while 6 to 8 tables walked by us. Didn't appear anyone was bussing the tables. The Manager did not appear too happy to be at work. Food was good and our server was nice, but management was definitely lacking.

Had husband's 60th born day breakfast at Bob Evans. Server was in training. Check on us a couple times. Staff friendly. Food was hot. I had bacon, bacon and applesauce makes everything taste good!

Worst experience of my life, the general manager Blanca had such a bad attitude the way she treats her workers and how she talks to employees is shocking. She should never be in customer service! I just wanted to try the banana bread went to ask the host as she started ranting about how the host should have already asked me for it and she starts yelling. I said it’s ok then she gets angry at me, I look around and the employees say she always acts like this. WHAT A SHAME!!!!BOB EVANS LOOK INTO THIS!!!!!

I ordered the Sunshine Skillet over the phone and she asked me what kind of bread I wanted. When I asked what my opinions were, she gave me an attitude. When I went to pick up my curbside order, I called and they told me I had to come in to pick it up. What's the point of curbside? Then the potatoes in my skillet tasted old and overcooked in old grease.

Food is great and have a better menu then other diners the only problem is the service it’s not good and less then average . The waitress not even trying to give a good service . The manager not available on the floor .

Friendly staff and very good food. This is a wide open space and I personally felt very safe here considering the still going on COVID-19 situation

People there were busy helping customers but they were friendly and polite and courteous

I don't know if you are fully aware of the clown show that unfolded today with Thanksgiving, with people waiting in line for more than 2 h for food delieveries. Who could have thought that more employees were need on Thanksgiving day uh?

Management is horrible, hashbrowns are frozen, eggs improperly cooked and bathrooms are disgusting. Order was incorrect three times after correcting. They're paying people minimum wage to work 12 hour shifts but don't want to get their hands dirty and actually manage the quality. Don't call yourself a manager if all you do is sit around instead of helping your team deliver the bare minimum of service. Get your gloves on and go help your crew instead of pretending to call yourself a manager.
