Really disappointed in this restaurant’s lack of concern for the health and safety of its customers. I ordered pineapple fried rice and substituted shrimp (allergic!) for chicken. When I got home and took a bite I discovered they’d given me shrimp (although the receipt clearly says chicken). Called the restaurant to explain my allergy and was told to come back for a replacement. Upon arrival, I received no apology for the mishap just an attempt at a swift exchange. Because of this lack of concern, I asked for a refund and not even the manager who came out to provide it apologized. Lucky for me this didn’t end up in a hospital trip. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

It’s my first time trying out the place. I was told it would take 25 mins for pickup. Ended up waiting an additional 15-20 mins at the store. I paid for extra tofu on the Pad Thai and got three pieces and said it came with a lunch spring roll but that was not in the bag either. Pretty disappointing experience. Other Thai restaurants have better service but at least it tasted good.

Innovative Thai dishes that are well prepared and served by helpful staff. Good for dine-in or take out, although there can be a wait for takeout. If you're not familiar with Thai food, they have a picture menu available that let's you see what dishes look like. If you're still unsure, try the 9 pad Thai, the house signature dish. You won't be disappointed. If you're more adventurous, try the fried watercress salad. It is like nothing you're every had before. It is delicious both without and with the dressing. My only complaint here is that they charge for extra rice. Considering the prices of the dishes, they could include one extra serving of rice without charge.

Got takeout and the food was delicious! I ordered the Pad Thai, the Chicken Satay, and the Mango Sticky Rice. All three were fantastic. Some of the best Mango Sticky Rice that I’ve had. I’d definitely order from here again.

I enjoy their food and usually get takeouts from them. And my first visit dinning in was a little disappointing. All the food was great as usual. But I’m not happy that they didn’t tell me that they charge for extra white rice, and for $2 no less. Again, their food is good, that’s why I asked for extra rice, mainly because the little bit of the white rice that came with the entrée wasn’t enough and I wanted more to finish the food and soak up the sauces. They didn’t tell me it will cost extra, and I only found out after I got the check and it was way more than what I expected for plain white rice.

This restaurant is located in a strip mall in Springfield. It is surrounded by great restaurants so in order to survive, there is a requirement to excel, and we certainly felt that they did with our meal. The restaurant features plenty of seating and excellent table service. I went with the signature dish, 9PadThai. It’s chicken pad Thai wrapped in a thin layer of egg. If you are an egg fan, this dish is certainly for you. The noodles and veggies were cooked perfectly, as was the chicken. I often find that chicken in these dishes is over cooked and extremely dry - definitely not the case here. This was an excellent meal and the service was great - definitely recommend.

Wow. Just close your eyes and point to something on the menu. It will be good. I’m usually happy if a restaurant has a few good items but everything here was good. The mango and sticky rice dessert? Great! I’ve had it other places, including Laos in D.C. and I just assumed I didn’t like mango and sticky rice. We’ll no I just never had it made right until I came here. I had a 7yo and a 2yo with me and both were loving the food as well. It’s a major win when the kids eat it too! The curries are made from scratch, the soups are made with fresh ingredients. You can tell because the complexity and depth of flavor is dialed in perfectly. I make curry with the canned curry paste at home which is good but this place’s curry is A-mazing!! So stop reading and start eating!!

This was a terrible experience! If I could have rated the food lower than 1 star, I would. Each item I ordered had an issue.1. Wontons - there was no chicken in it.2. Pad Thai - they put so much peanuts that the only thing we tasted was peanuts. Made the food inedible- it was more like just eating spoonfuls of crushed nuts sautéed in oil.3. Crispy Pork- smelled funny and tasted as though it was spoiling. Maybe it was made previously and then refried when we ordered it.Will not ever order from here again!Luckily DoorDash was able to refund my payment. Proceed with caution if you are ordering food from here online!

the best spring roll ive ever eaten omg, the staff are so nice and there’s an overall really nice ambiance. Their pad thai is ready good too

Delicious Thai food. Everytime I've been here it has been great. The sauces are always on point and the wide variety of dishes means you can always try something new. Lots of vegetarian options available and the papaya salad has always been delicious - very spicy and tasty! Service is always very quick and friendly! Best Thai food in the area.
