This Wendy’s location continues to disappoint me every time I stop here. From the wait time, to the dining room being closed constantly, to the horrible service and missing order items. Unfortunately it is the closest one to where I usually am, or else I would go to another location but all of the Wendy’s in this area seem to have the same horrible customer service and wait times. I don’t think I have had a good experience at any Wendy’s location in months other than the one in Westlake.

Food at this location is generally the best out of all the area Wendy's staff is friendly ,but my last visit at this location a black employee with cornrows in his Head was picking his nose at drive through . With his mask only covering his mouth . And this used to be my favorite Wendy's I can't stand that kinda nasty Shxt
Wendy's usually has a long wait time so don't go if you're in a rush! Quality isn't too bad
The food here is probably the best out of almost all of the Wendy’s in the Roanoke Valley. However, the staff at this location always seems to be a problem. When I stopped here and ordered food, the order taker rang me up for the wrong quantity, which the very nice employee at window 1 fixed for me. When the person who fixed my order let the others know of the mistake it was met with what I can only describe the sound as a banshee being flung in a circle by its hair. I have no idea what in the world was happening in there but it was a bit off to have a simple correction met with guttural screaming. 9/10 on the food, 0/10 for whatever that screaming was all about.
Cold food,slow and kitchen staff was very rude to me so I gave my two cents back.. no need for an attitude with me if you were listening the first time I ordered. Maybe you should tell your kitchen staff to quit being so loud you can hear my order.This is the 3rd time I had to turn around and give my order back because it's not right.Ps and the lead/Manger looked high as hell
This place was ok. Pretty much as expected. My baked potato sucked, but everything else was what was expected.
My Dave's double had enough mayonnaise for three hamburgers and it was very concerning that it came in a ripped wrapper. Almost as if it had been given back to them by another customer and then handed to me.
Wendys is great for breakfast and lunch . You cant beat the biscuits for 1. I hope this special lasts.
Service is slow at this particular store. The food is good, but the drive through is terribly slow.
