Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The staff was inattentive and outright rude. Too busy laughing and playing while we try to order. Even shouting expletives through the speaker in drive thru when we had to repeat our order FOUR times. This place is a joke and ghetto as hell…….and judging from the reviews of this garbage dump, management doesn’t seem to care

I drive for a 3rd party delivery service. I waited in line for 15 minutes. Then at the speaker for 7, when noone came on I pulled to the window only to be ignored for another 4 aolid minutes. So 26 minutes total of waiting, with from what I could see , 6 employees in the store!! Then a girl inside yells. Literally yells at me that I have tonpull back to the speaker. Absolutely unprofessional and rude!

Went to the Wendy's on 419 for some chili and fries @ 4:00pm. Ya know how you are 'ALWAYS ' supposed to get their new Hot Fries no matter when you go ? Not true. Driving home opened the bag, Medium warm, a little tough, tasted like they had been refried, lots of small hard crunchy ones. Not Impressed. My 1st time trying them to and was looking foward to it

The food is usually good, but the employees treat you like you’re trash and most of the time there’s racial slurs being tossed around. I got referred to as a “cracker” because I wanted iced coffee not too long ago. After this mornings visit I won’t go back. If the employees here hate their jobs so much then just quit lol

Had lunch inside Wendy's, the first in a long time. The order register was shielded with plexiglass and suggested standing distance was noted on the floor, and where to stand in line. Credit card scanners were easily within reach away from the order taker and plexi. Our order was taken, and we noted an overall price increase. The regular condiment area was closed, with only straws and drink lids open to diners. Other dining needs were expidited by the pick up associate, by being asked what you needed, such as forks, salt, ketchup etc and it was included in the bag handed you through the pick up plexi station. The beverage area was still self serve. The dining room was clean and clutter free, with cards on properly spaced tables suggesting where to sit in order to maintain distance between tables. The food was typical Wendy's fare and flavor, no better or worse. All staff were helpful, but most worked in the food prep area. Our only associate contact was with the order taker and food pick up. No staff were noted in the dining area during our lunch. I noted many more drive through diners than inside diners.

They are soeedy kind and on point. When I went the cars were backed up into 3 lines. I was in and out in about 12 minutes.

Food is good, but I’m tired of not knowing when the doors will be opened or close. Y’all never have enough help. It’s inconvenient when you’re open but half the time the dining room isn’t. Not everyone wants to go through a drive thru or can.

Reading through the reviews for this Wendy’s it is apparent that no corporate people or owners ever read this or care…but I’ll post anyway. Stopped at this Wendy’s Saturday (12/11/21) after my gig. We were in line for 20 min. There were 3 cars in line ahead of us. We got to the intercom and waited and waited. Nothing…Finally a guy taking out the trash said “we’re closed”, even though it was 10pm and they’re open until midnight. When I pointed this out he said “yeah no one wan

Drive-thru had one lane open, extremely slow. Could hear employees angrily screaming and cussing at one another through speaker and could still hear them and see them at the window. Very upsetting.

Was the best Wendy’s in this area. Absolutely horrible now .they mess up orders they say they don’t have the flavors for the sodas. The food is cold and never was before. Fries are cold and never were before. They messed up on a burger I paid for a double received a single. A kid at the window told me how the coupon app for Wendy’s never works and Continued to talk and say how people just drive off and doesn’t care as he took me card and wouldn’t stop talking as I kept saying if my coupon doesn’t work give me my card back and get a manager I had to legit say hey loudly which is uncalled for . He got the manager yeah he gave me the refund but had an attitude please stop hiring teenagers only they need to have some sort of adult manager to guide them .
