What can i say, i love Waffle House. Alot of then are short staffed now but they still continue to function well often with only two people working.
Went by this location around 11am. I ordered an All Star meal and I didn’t receive the waffle or the bacon that comes with it. The eggs were disgusting, the strawberry jelly tasted like pure acetone, and the hash browns were soggy. I will never come here again.
Pancakes were cold and very hard. My eggs, bacon and biscuit were cold. Not a pleasant atmosphere as the waitresses we're sitting.
Good food and staff was courteous. It took longer to be seated then it needed to. An entire section was blocked off so no one could be seated.
Dirty silverware and bathroom. Had to ask the waitress several times for things like water and creamer. Waitress forgot that we ordered waffles so they came halfway through our meal.
Depends on cook food is normally good. At night is the typical WH. Needs to be cleaner
Very pleasant staff from the moment you walk in the door. Waffles are pretty good as well ?
This Wafflehouse is by far the best. From the staff to the customers. Everyone who frequents here is extremely nice and generous. It's filled with special people. The restaurant itself is spotless, even the bathrooms. Due to covid hours of operation have been crazy. The staff is very friendly. The food is above average for wafflehouse. Coffee is always fresh. I simply can't say enough how much I love this place
Had an Awesome experience today, and most importantly the Cook (Shea) was an AWESOME employee. He waited on me, took my order and also cooked it to perfection for me. And on top of All that, he kept QUICK checks on me to see if I need anything, or was everything ok. I personally believe he Needs a raise/bump up in pay!!!!!!!! This has been one of my best visits to any waffle house, and I've been to Hundreds of them!! Use to be OTR truck driver, visited Quite a few of them, believe me!!!!!
I'm so upset the waffle house on orange Ave in Roanoke va. Is supposed to be open 24 hours and I came to get some food and it's closed with a written note saying they will reopen at 7 am. That is such bad business. I will never come back. And I lived their food. Smh
