Horrible customer service. No in house food after 9. Disrespectful employees. I run a business and this Is not how you treat people

Went in there yesterday 3/29/22, there was only one person working but he provided great service and perfect food! Get that man some help so that he stays around!!

This Waffle House was very dirty, overcrowded, the parking lot was terrible, customer service was awful. I do not recommend this location

Waitress was awesome! The whole staff worked in unison and it was fun for my kids to see.

Almost forgot my grits and the cook ran them out as I was pulling off-Steak cooked WellFriendly staff

Waitress wasn't aware the gravy was out, but that just meant I got hot fresh gravy! Food was good.

I was just in the Williamson rd shop and did not get what. I ordered ,, when asking for the correct meal the way I asked for it to be prepared,, Caleb the manager said it was a matter of opinion of how it was prepared,, I again asked for it to be redone ,, and he the told me not to come back !!! For the record this was the first time I had been in this location !!

The entire experience was very pleasant. The server had pink and purplish "Cheshire cat" hair so I was a little concerned at first, lol. She was a great server and super friendly and respectful. The food was AMAZING!!!! It arrived at the table so quickly I really don't understand how they got it cooked especially with my special request for crispy bacon. The restroom was even cleaned perfectly. I am so impressed with this place. I am so happy there is a way to show the appreciation I have for the nicest dinner out place I have been to in years. By far trump's places like Macado's (Salem location) and every single fast food joint in the Roanoke Valley.

We went to the restaurant last night to eat they have have to rest through restaurant closed off and made no attempt to clean the one empty table that they had for us so we left

More often than not they're closed before 7:00 and they leave the light on making you think that the place is open in they are no longer a 24-hour establishment. And they will sit and watch you walk all the way up to the door before they tell you they are closed.
