Thanks to the employee who put a smiley on my dip for the quesadilla this Saturday night ? (9/13/19)(Late 2021-2022) Sadly things have not stayed so great at this location. Food was always pricey so not going to complain much about it going up. But they are pretty much constantly short staffed and getting help when going inside takes a decent amount of time. I just called while in store the last time to get someone to pay attention to myself and another person who seemed like they were also just picking up an order. I would think at least taking an order as soon as someone comes in would be a decent courtesy even if you can't get their food that quick. Checking if someone is there to just pick up would be nice too. But I guess the best strategy is drive through. Anyway I'll maybe just go to the other location in town from now on.
It was amazing. They seemed to be so nice. The food was also delicious as well as the smoothies. I took my mom there for the first time and she loved it.
Expensive for what it is, but good. I would have done 3.5 stars. The staff was extremely friendly and quick, they deserve 5 stars!
Not sure when they started charging for substitutions, but I don't think I will be returning because of this. I *specifically* asked the employee if they were charging for smoothie substitutions because the price was higher than I remembered. I was told no, they don't, then when I paid and got my receipt I was in fact charged. And this isn't the first time either. On top of that, I ALWAYS have to bring my smoothies back because there are literal chunks of ice and fruit in the cup. As if they didn't even bother blending. Get it together TSC

I had previously left a 2-star review but I am updating it. Following our recent experience with several mistakes in our order, the company finally reached out to make things right, and we appreciate that. My advice to others is to always closely check your food items before leaving to make sure everything is correct! In our experience, something is made incorrectly about half the time. But aside from that, they do have excellent food.
I usually love Tropical Smoothie and hate writing bad reviews but my experience today was horrible. I ordered a wrap and a smoothie and the smoothie was great. But I ordered an all american wrap that came out ice cold as if it hadnt been cooked at all. This was already bad enough but I was like oh well and carried on. Then later on realized they had charged me THREE TIMES for my purchase. So I had to call my bank and file a claim. Horrible experience.
