Worst tropical cafe I've ever been too slowest service waited 40 min in drive thru when I was only the 4th car in line and no one was in the store seem like it's like this everytime I go to the one in front of towers in Roanoke literally have customers leave the line since they wait so long only two stars because at least the smoothies are still good
I love the smoothies here. They have quite a variety of flavors. It can be a bit busy at times depending on the time of day and the nice weather. Never any issues with staff or service. I recommend the Mocha Madness and the Jetty Punch!
Decent food but absolutely the slowest drive through I have been to in years. I don’t think we’ll be back.
The drive-in was busy so I elected to go inside. Was craving a yummy smoothie. Selected a Berry smoothie with 3 berries but they were out of one so she allowed me to opt pineapple for a substitute instead. It was delicious, perfect texture, staff was very nice. I'd go back.
1 x BAJA CHICKEN (1 x $7.79) = $7.791 x New! Jalapeño Corngrilled chicken, rice, black beans, smashed avocado, romaine, pickled red onions, cheddar & roasted tomato salsa (640 cal)This was stunningly delicious! But the pickled onions were just a bit to tart for my tastes so I'll probably leave them off or on the side.The lettuce was crisp and crunchy. The rice was just right. I didn't see any avocado in it. Didn't notice the salsa either. But maybe I was just eating to fast.I added the jalapeno corn to it and YUM!!I had planned to just eat half but it just tasted so good!The weird thing was the corn didn't have a real lid, just a bit of aluminum foil. So it got turned over and leaked on everything.
The smoothies here are great and the staff are always friendly. The only con is that the drive thru is always busy and moving at a slow pace.
Every time I go there, Kizmet is always courteous, bubbly, and shows great customer service. I am thankful for her.
I have Alpha Gal and almost always have a reaction when I go out to eat unless it's a vegan restaurant. You guys have been the only place to listen to my allergy needs and actually help me out. Thanks for letting me have a safe place to eat out!
It was yhe first time visiting and it was great. The service was good and the smoothies tasted awesome!!
I picked up lunch here this past Friday and the sandwich and smoothie were great. The lady working drive thru was really nice and fast. The drive thru was quick even though they had many cars. Definitely recommend this Tropical Smoothie!
