Cold when it arrived. Driver put it on ground when I gave specific instructions my car color,model,a city orange cone near driveway and still went NEXT DOOR driveway. I was waiting outside for delivery and only way I knew someone was there was my DOG bark and alerted me. What a shame. I paid 35 freaking dollars for a cold pizza. Very sad. Hope this post gets read.
We order often from Tony Avellino's, because it's the best place to get a great white pizza with your favorite flavors. The crust makes it the best in town. Highly recommend on the Slice app and SliceLife.com for friendly and fast delivery.
This is good stuff, if youre not from here and want local fare cheese steaks, this is it. Its spinoff of NY Subs and Pizza. Same people, same service. Really good stuff.
The family had a relaxing dinner here. We had a stuffed pizza and salad, and one person had the cheese steak. It was ready quickly, and the staff was friendly and helpful! We'll be back!
Ordered from there tonight via the Slice app. Stuffed pizza and cheese steak special with a slice of cheese cake for dessert. Not going to lie…one of the best decisions food-wise ever! Food got here fast and was better than delicious! I highly recommend them based on our experience! Will be ordering from them often!
I came here once and ate in it was great pizza. But I can’t call in an order albetween 8:10-8:45 because no one picks up.. I came in expressed how I couldn’t order and ordered the owner said sorry.What can I do with a sorry.. not the best place for ordering out.. but she loves to gossip with the DoorDash drivers.. I assume that lady she was gossiping with was her favorite costumer.
Its okay....and that's a stretch. I say "okay" because the crust was well cooked and had a good bite, chew, and crispiness to it but, the sauce was completely bland. No seasoning and surprisingly it didn't really taste like plain tomatoes either.......it tasted like nothing. Thick red water is the best descriptor of this sauce. I wouldn't go out of my way to order here again but it wasn't so bad I would suggest a boycott either lol. I would strongly suggest another restaurant. There are so many pizza places in the valley that you shouldn't have to suffer though this mediocre food. Just go somewhere else.
Great pizza was made to order so it was hot and very flavorful. Family also order chicken and a meatball parm sandwiches which were great. Highly recommend
Loved it! I love pizza and when I travel I am always hunting for the best pizza in the area.. This place has become my favorite pizza place in Roanoke after my first visit to it.. the Italian owners cooked our pizza perfect! The dough they use taste so delicious and I like the fact the pizza is not only and greasy. I can tell they use good quality pepperoni on their pizzas. Definitely will be making a visit there on my next visit to Roanoke.
This is a great place. Parking lot is fine. The restaurant is very clean. This is a good mom and pop place to support and eat. They give you a great food to cost ratio. I highly recommend the Special Calzone that feeds 2 people. I find it really does give you enough food to feet 2. Very well worth the money. I highly recommend coming here the owners work there and show how much they care about their place!
