The food is good and the people that work there were friendly
My daughter and I ordered dessert through doordash. She ordered the cinnabon cheesecake and I ordered the brownie obsession. Neither dessert came with the ice cream that the menu lists as part of the ingredients. The brownie was completely raw. It was a chunk of brownie batter that was stiff enough to be able to be cut that had been slightly warmed. The slice of cheesecake that was over $10 was laughably small. Usually in a chain restaurant a dessert at that price point is shareable. This was in no way close to that size. This was a complete waste of money and we won't be ordering from here again.
I would have given them 5 stars, but some of the food can be improved. Before I discuss the food, I'd like to start off by saying that Amanda (our waitress) was phenomenal!!! She is sweet, caring, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have the food and drinks you want! I can't express enough how amazing she made my girlfriend and I feel while we were here. In a time where people seem to not want to work, Amanda is far from those kinds of people.I'm truly impressed, and will be coming back just because of her. As for the food, I'm not saying the food is terrible, so please don't read it that way. The food was actually better than I thought. I had the wings (buffalo and apple bbq) and they were great! The wings could use a little less sauce, but I think that's opinionated as that will differ according to your preference. My girlfriend had the potato skins bowl. That is a meal in itself! It's huge! The mozzarella sticks can be cooked slightly longer in my opinion, and the brownie dessert we had could use a little more ice cream. We also had a few drinks, which were pretty good. My girlfriend had a rum and coke, and I had the long Island iced tea as well as the ten to one lemonade (the name could be wrong). The lemonade drink tasted weird in my opinion. Little soapy tasting, but the long island iced tea was great. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and if you have Amanda as your waitress, you will have a wonderful experience!
Service is horrible waited 15mins and a server finally came to get our DRINK orders. By then we knew what we wanted for a appitizer and dinner and when I went to order the appitizer with our drinks she walked away. By that point i was so mad I got up and tolled the server we were leaving and to cancel our drinks. I will not be eatting here again.
The service was not too great this past visit. Was not happy with how I was treated. Take out isn’t not recommended. Icing on the cake. I had a food label mixed into my food. I was offered a free lunch on my next visit. Let’s see how it works out.
Has been hit or miss the last few times. But this time was great! Great food, accurate, and the waitress was awesome
Not my favorite place but my wife loves it. I went there during our recent snow storm. Our takeout order was ready right on time. The young lady at the bar was very friendly. They are doing a good job of changing my mind!
Food and service were both excellent!!!! We haven't had service this good since the beginning of *youknowwhat*. It didn't feel dystopian in there, and the whole crew was so polite and helpful.
Waaayyyy to expensive for what you get. their steak choices have significantly decreased. Their menu options altogether have decreased. I always used to get the jack Daniel's steak and shrimp. They don't have that anymore. I had to get a 6oz sirloin and shrimp separate. I got a sizzling chicken and shrimp to go for my husband. Its supposed to have 2 pieces of chicken and 6 shrimp and a side. He gets it out to pack his lunch amd there is 1 piece of chicken and 3 shrimp.
If I could give this store a zero star I definitely would. This location has gone drastically down hill with customer service and food service. Waitress there are quite rude and don’t come to the table at all only to order and give you food. I wanted to get an appetizer but unfortunately my waitress never came to the table. I also never got a refill on my drink I ordered because the waitress was chitchatting with coworkers. Don’t even get me started with management here as well once there was an issue the manager never came to my table to once apologize for the amount of trouble that was caused. I used to love this location and would come all the time but I will not step foot and give this location another dollar. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down yet. It’s hard to tip a waitress if they don’t even give 20% of an effort to the customers it shouldn’t matter if you’ve worked here for five years or one week having great customer service keeps people coming back in.
