the staff are quick and polite

great food, great atmosphere, and great service.

Where to begin... Had to wait 30 minutes for a table, which generally I am fine with, but there were many (10+) open tables but yet 4 people standing at the host area seemingly doing nothing & not serving. Not sure if they just were not servers or what but was a bit jarring.Server was kind and doing her best, but obviously had too many tables to keep up with. Had to ask several times for rolls etc. Definitely not her fault though.Received the wrong steak, steak was ordered Medium and brought as well done. Steak was warm but not hot despite the overcooking. Every side we received aside from baked potatoes were straight up cold, not even like warm, literally room temperature. They did taste good at least. After receiving bill and they overcharged by 11$ for the steak that was gross and wrong. Felt bad for the servers but definitely will not be coming back.

Yummy in my tummy food. Noticed water on the floor in places. Food was cooked to perfection. I got grilled chicken, applesauce and baked sweet potato. My hubby got 8 oz sirloin, steak fries and salad. Everything was wonderful, we got there right at opening for lunch. It wasn't too loud like it would have been at night, so that was good. Terrific waitress and we got our food in a reasonable time.

Took my son and his girlfriend and it was great. Everything was cooked perfect. Taste great. The service was great as well. I think his name was Tyrone if I'm not mistaken. He was great as well. Wasn't to busy so didn't have but about a 10 minute wait. Everyone was very polite. Will return. Thanks for a great meal

First: THEY DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS. They have "call-ahead" seating, which means you have to call within 2 hours of the time you want to be seated. This was not necessarily the issue tonight; we ended up here because the other place we tried told us a longer wait time. Joke's on us.At 5:25, we asked if they could seat a party of 11. Yes, they said, but it would be about 45 minutes. That's to be expected-- better than expected, really. After 80 minutes, we still had no table, and had been brushed off with "just a few more minutes" 3 times. When we were finally seated, we were still actually at 2 different tables, across the aisle from each other. Second point: YOU CAN'T ACTUALLY SEAT A PARTY OF 11. You should say that.Third: My sister asked for the manager to come to our table, which never happened. Our server was good, other than mixing up a couple of the sweet/unsweet tea orders. My sister had to ask again about her sweet potato after our food came out, and was then informed it would be another 10 minutes before the sweet potato arrived. My husband and I both ordered medium steaks: mine was rare and his was medium-well, with one side actually a little burned.I have never been really impressed with Texas Roadhouse, and after this episode none of the adults in this group see any reason to bother with it again.

The only thing good was our waitress, Catherine. We asked to be seated at another table and you would have thought we asked for someone’s life. The onion was dried out and extra greasy. I got a strip steak and it was very good. My friend asked for chopped steak with onions and gravy, No Cheese and cooked medium to medium well, No Pink. It came with cheese and very little gravy. There was bloody juice all over the plate. Needless to say it was only seared, not cooked at all. Not sure we will return. Catherine was wonderful, not her fault at all. She was the bright spot. Never had a dinner like that there before.

Do NOT recommend going here. We made reservations for a party of 15 and was there 30 minutes like advised. It jus happens a couple more people came than expected. Rather than allowing us to use the empty table next to us. The female manager had part of our family leave instead of accommodating us for my sister's birthday. Poor service, no empathy. Will never recommend this to anyone. We all left.

The salmon had a good flavor but was very salty. When I warmed up the left overs, all the salt made the salmon dry. The chicken was dry when it was served.. The online reservation was handy.

Our server was wonderful! The food was okay. However the Prime Rib was disappointing. Extremely thin and not as tender as one would expect from this cut of meat.
