I placed an order online. When I went to pick up my purchase, they had no record of it and were out of everything I had purchased. Hey. That happens. What is terrible, is that I was charged 30 bucks and no one there could assist me with a refund. No food and no money. When asked how I could receive my money back, one employee told me it would drop off of my debit card. Another employee stated that it wouldn't because it had been checked out already. How could it have been checked out if they hadn't received my order in the first place? She instructed me to call someone. Who? She didn't know but obviously not the resturant because they were clueless.Incase it's not obvious, the charge processed. I wrote the company and of course have heard nothing. I'm not pushing it any further for 30 bucks. However, I will never purchase from any taco bell again. I'm not prone to negative reviews but here we are. Thanks for reading
Pulled up to dt ...large sign saying cash only in the drive through. Card orders must come inside. I pull around and she tells me no dt orders at this time. I'm like wth?Park and go in. This place should be called Shenanigans City instead of Taco Bell or Pizza Hut. Customers have no idea what is going on..do we stand in line? Do we use the kiosk? People working there ...no one talks to the customers. They are just running around like chickens with heads cut off. I see no one that appears to be management.I stand in line which was my first mistake instead of leaving. I got 2 pizza combos. Both pizzas had cheese solidified on top , dripping with grease. Breadstick dusting looked as if it was glued onto the top. My husband took one bite and was done. He said he wouldn't even feed to our dog. Don't try to get a soda either. It comes out 2/3 water then tops the cup with s splash of soda. This place is a joke! Who owns this place?
I went in today, I was the only customer in the place. I asked for the taco grande and this little 5 ft tall white boy said that item wasn't up yet and walked away. When I finally got his attention again I said I would order something else, he looked at me, stuck his nose in the air and walked away. I got in my car and left and I'll never go back to that place. If he doesn't like his job he should quit or do what they pay him to do !
Standard Taco Bell food but they were horribly slow while only operating the drive thru. Obviously not the norm for fast food. If you're struggling to find quality staff, consider better pay and benefits.
We've now been here a couple of times when they were not serving Pizza Hut items at all. There are no signs to indicate that and you get trapped in the drive-thru lane. The lobby is currently closed again with no signs or notices for that either.
This place has gone down hill quick. I'd drive 20 minutes out of my way just to go to a different taco bell. Let's just say I wouldn't give this food to my dog, at least not from this Roanoke, VA 220 Taco Bell. You've been warned. Go down the street to Bojangles. Also, your employees need better manners. Give them some classes or something since they seem to forget how to CATER to the public, which is their JOB!2nd Attempt- 3/21/22- Decided to give it another shot, after sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes... Seriously? What a joke...
You have a very low success rate by eating here. Not unpleasant people usually nice. But the quality has suffered for about 5 years. Its never gotten better. Would avoid this one bad.
It's a Taco Bell / Pizza hut. What do you expect? I will say the drive-thru line was quite long, but we got through quickly and easily. But this is not the place you go to eat to feel better about yourself.
I order Supreme pizza comb , 1 cheese roll up and got 3 Supreme hard shell taco and 1 cheese roll up.. Never thought to check the bag but I should have. I live 25 minutes from restuarant , was very upset to not get what I order. Drive thru was only open no doing room service but I get no help issues. Not sure that I'll be back!!!!
Absolutely horrible service and staff...order is always wrong they do not do anything to satisfy the customer's you ask questions they have no answers I don't do substitutions for items that cost less money than the items you're ordering. The staff are completely clueless and untrained I have called the store at least a dozen times to complain about food and no one even answers the store phone. Shame on you Taco Bell multibillion-dollar company you should be able to hire and train better staff your service is poor quality and your standards are low
