Only 1 person working. Slow. Didn't wash hands after taking money. This place NEVER has un sweet tea. Diabetics can't drink sweet tea. Why so lazy you cant brew unsweet tea??
My son got us two sandwiches from here and the lady was very rude and kept asking him is that all is that all and the vegetables he said looked terrible the tomatoes looked rotten and had no lettuce cant see the vegetables being bad when there is fresh vegetables there in the store or someone didn't want to cut fresh vegetables my thing is if you dont like ya job quit. The girl everyone is talking about is probably the one who waited on my son and all the while talking on her bluetooth and he said she was so rude...mask hanging down also
No mask on employee also did not put cheese on top of pizza

I went in yesterday afternoon around 2. The girl behind the counter wasn’t wearing her mask nor was she wearing gloves when preparing my food. She had a friend walk in behind me that it was obvious she wanted to talk to more than help with my order. Kept telling her she would go for a cigarette after she finished this( my order). She continues to rush me through and talk to her friend where I learn how short staffed the restaurant is and how she would quit if there was someone there to replace her. This was one of the worst subway experiences I’ve ever had. The veggies were wilted and old as they had already started to turn colors. Other bins were completely empty. I went home to throw both subs I had gotten away because they made us sick. Thanks I won’t ever be back to this location.
was in Walmart and wanted to grab a sandwich, waited in line but then the girl who was doing the vegetables had her mask completely hanging down under her mouth and was laughing and coughing. When I asked if that was okay for somebody making food to not wear a mask I was basically laughed at.Unacceptable in October 2020. Will be contacting ownership
Hand written sign said "be back in 15". I waited 20m (8:38p to 8:58p) and no one showed. Saw a girl leave during that time wearing a subway uniform but she wouldn't acknowledge me. If I'm craving subway in the future... I won't waist my time at this location again.
My Son bought a Turkey Bacon Guac sub for lunch today. He ate half and then proceeds to find a hair in it and they would not refund his money. Not good business. Perhaps they should be required to wear hair nets. We will not eat at Clearbrook subway or any for that matter anymore.
Tried the sliders and was good, but my mother wanted a tomato on her's, but was told since they're small they're not supposed to but the cashier when on and said it was ok. Needs to be considered that people might want a tomato or something.
