This Subway on Electric Road is probably the worst Subway in Roanoke. Picking up mobile order recently was a bad experience. Wasn't greeted by the staff and the order wasn't ready until 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, and I got there before the scheduled pickup time. They seemed to focus on customers in line before the mobile order, so what's the point of their mobile ordering then?Seems to be horrible management at this Subway. The man who appears to be the store manager seemed rude and had an arrogance about him.The Subways on Plantation Road and Orange Ave in Roanoke are 100% times better. They are friendly and fast with their mobile orders. The Electric Rd location could learn from those other Subways management and employees.

The staff are friendly and the food was just awesome. I love coming here and getting a quick lunch. This place really is always clean and the only bad thing I can say is you have to park away from the building the parking design is not the best at all. That's not the stores fault though its the owner of the strip mall. I highly recommend coming here for some good subway!

Called because a order was messed up and the guy who pick up was very rude and said he was mad because I had to order 11 subs to feed my family and he was giving us a attitude and said it was our fault not his
I held off on writing a review until giving this Subway a second try. First experience was not good. The location is good for me, so against my better judgement I gave it a second try. Food prep was average for Subway. No issue there. The gentleman checking me out tried to sneak in a large drink that I never asked for. I called him on it and he corrected my order. The bathroom needed a serious deep clean and repainting over graffiti. Finally, their drink machine was dispensing incorrectly. I brought it to their attention and the young lady said she would take care of it. I'm not coming back for a third visit. 2nd star is because the sandwich was good.
