Make sure you check your orders when you do an online order, apparently they don't read what you put on your order and just put what they want to put on it.
Worst subway around Roanoke. Rude customer service, dont have veggies or all cheese, and not fresh at all. Lettuce was old, didnt have any spinach. Denied to use gloves, bad atmosphere inside. Will never go back. Would tell everyone to go hungry before going there. Dont know how employees like the one there last in any job.
I've just order my sandwich. I didn't enjoy it. Only thing I enjoy was the bag of chips. Go to Lakeside there better.
Got to Subway around 8:45 p.m. this evening only for them to be closed even though the sign says 9:00 p.m., get it together Subway and quite wasting people's time and gas!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would lol. The Indian guy that was working there was so rude, he never said hi to me when I came in and he was rushing me to place my order. When I was ready to pay I had a vintage 20 dollar bill. He looked at my money to see if it was real which is fine. I then told him it was real but that wasn’t his issue with my money, his issue with my money was that it was torn at the corner, a tiny cut. He said he wanted me to pay with a card when I told him I didn’t have my card. He looked annoyed and took my bill anyways the gave me 11 dollars back when it was supposed to be 11.65. I have no clue what his issue was but he is disrespectful and was acting very ignorant.
