This shop is in the Kroger there and is staffed by Kroger employees. They aren't allowed to have a tip jar out because they work for Kroger, but please tip them anyway. They work hard and do a good job.
Great coffee and awesome staff
Worker named angel was quite passive aggressive and put no sweetener in a latte, would rate 0 if I could
4 people standing in line, I’m the 3rd, she takes the first two orders then when I get up to the counter says oh we’re going on break.. instead of saying anything when me and the lady behind me first got in line she makes us wait forever as she can’t figure out how to ring the first two people up. I came to this location a week ago and figured she was new. I had to repeat my order over 5 times for her and finally the other barista just stepped in and did it for her. It wasn’t a complicated order, caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. I didn’t get aggravated because I know how hard it can be to be new. But here a week later she still can’t figure out how to work the register and her customer service skills are beyond lacking.
Always out of something, no signs to say hey were out of this. Batista went on 15 minute break 30 minutes ago. Will drive across town to a different coffee shop.
Didn't want to wait in the extremely long pick up line, so went elsewhere. Not Starbucks fault, so left then good stars!
Every single time I have been to the Starbucks in this Kroger (4404 Brambleton) I’m left waiting 5-10 minutes before anyone will acknowledge I’m standing there. They have been out of something every time I’m there. Almond milk, pumpkin sauce, cold brew coffee. I’ve yet to go there an buy a coffee. Is it that no one wants to work? How can you be out of almond milk at a Starbucks inside a grocery store? Customer service is terrible.
It's definitely a starbucks
Who's visiting Starbucks under my name? It's not me I'm not a fan of Starbucks.
Meh, overpriced and poor business practices, much better to support local and small idependent places
