The young lady who gave me my order was very excited and happy when she informed me that the previous customer paid for my order - and it was at least $16. Thank you to that very thoughtful gentleman who paid for my purchase. Best treat for the 5 hour drive I had. Also, it was a very kind gesture and start to my birthday month. The gift that keeps on giving. I had to do the same for the person behind me. Being kind is always the "in thing" to do. Thanks Starbucks #PayingItForward
This location is always so friendly and quick, even when they’re slammed all the way to the end of the road. & always consistent with the drinks! Great job, staff!

Awkward team working there tonight. Guy employee would flip out when customers would pull up to come inside instead of the drive thru. He'd go off about it while us customers were in the store lol.Trail Head's review about this Starbucks is spot on. They are dyed hair Feminists male haters.From now on we'll just go to Mill Mountain Coffee that is just minutes away instead.

By far the slowest Starbucks around roanoke it takes 15 min to make 2 hot chocolates that I Mobil order 20 minutes before arriving at the store
The wait was a little long, but that's to be expected during the morning hours. Although it was packed, everyone was very polite and friendly. Thats all that really matters.
Good coffee but way too expensive!!
The sweetest person remade a drink for me and was very understanding to the situation I was having. This is now my favorite Starbucks <3
