The coffee is always excellent and the service is wonderful! We love the vibe and the friendly baristas!! Yes!!

I ordered a black coffee, my husband ordered a coffee with cream at the same time. They refused to fill my order. I had to ask for a refund because the barista said she would not pour me a cup a black coffee. I’m not sure if this was discrimination or just harassment?
Ordered mobile, they got all ours wrong we recieved them an hour after promised. Bad customer service.
There could be a global shortage of cold brew and this location would have plenty made, no matter the day or time.
The wait was very long in drive thru so we went in and it was even longer on the inside and the customer service was awful

I absolutely adore the Valley view Starbucks. I usually spend 5-7 mornings getting some type of food and coffee. I’ve always been greeted with smiles and I know I can rely on this Starbucks to start my mornings right. As a teacher, I know how hard it is to be short handed or work so long you feel exhausted to the core. I can’t thank and appreciate all hands at valley view Starbucks! Thank you for always being the best Starbucks ever!
Just visited this Starbucks and was pleasantly surprised the coffee was great again and the awesome customer service I received from Emalie was top notch!! It’s the things like this that makes customers come back to the Starbucks brand! Emalie you rock!!
