Been to this one twice. Staff is awesome! Always too busy. They should really double the capacity of/at this location. Hospital traffic, general traffic, and the strip mall across the street (Towers) feeds them business as well. Peak coffee times, there is a line back to the highway. Make sure you come in from the the Wonju side if you're gonna try the drive-thru.
I go here all the time. The Baristas know how to make the drink perfect.
I always use the app to order ahead because sometimes the lines in drive-thru can get outrageous and honestly using the app is smarter because you get rewards points for free items with every purchase you make so if you aren't using the app I would advise you to because it just makes sense to be able to get three things back with the money that you spend also I'm obsessed with their caramel Frappuccinos and their rainbow crunch Frappuccinos also the bacon gouda breakfast sandwich is to die for I know Starbucks is a little out of some people's reach because the prices can be a little intimidating but if you can afford it even once a week it's definitely something that will brighten up your day
I love the Starbucks on Franklin road. They are so nice to me. And yes I'm a regular so they know me by name. I just like that one. It's easy going in and easy getting out if they don't block the entrance area. Customers who can't be patient. But the customer service is A1
Nice drive thru staff and respect is all I am concerned with, along with the great drinks.
This is consistently the slowest Starbucks I have ever seen. Inside is decent, but the drive thru is atrocious. Then when you get up to the window, they try and have a conversation with you, which is nice…but not when the line is around the block.
Great for studying, meeting for business. Coffee is always on point!

Nice folks. Visited late for the Veterans Day offer and received really pleasant, prompt service.
Mocha frapp was good however disappointed that they didn't have Venti cups available.
