Ordered online for a drink and pastry at around noon yesterday. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled pickup time, and the drink was ready. The pastry wasn’t ready with the scheduled time, so I approached the female barista and said politely that my pastry was missing. A male barista suddenly said “we are short staffed” in a rude tone. The drink and the pastry were good, but not the customer service.
I've only been to this location 3 times, but they are always out of oat milk & almond milk. They also got my order wrong (2) out of (3) times.
Great toasted vanilla oat milk (iced), friendly staff, clean restaurant and restroom, and nice view of the sunset from the back patio.
Clean, well lit store with kind staff. Beautiful area of Roanoke close to the greenway. Would definitely recommend!Great memories here :)

Just stopped in to get a cup of coffee. It was not hot and tasted burnt. It was not my first choice to go, but I was on that side of town and they were open. I have always expressed to many people that the coffee always taste bitter and burnt to me and I enjoy a good dark roast. Staff was friendly and polite, the coffee just lacks something.

Ordered from the app. Arrived at the store and didn't see my order, so I waited. It wasn't busy so I figured it wouldn't take that long... After about 15 minutes of just standing at the pickup counter, I politely asked one of the 4 baristas about my order, and I showed her what I ordered on my app and I finally received my order (just one drink). What bothered me was they just let me stand there for that long and didn't say a thing. Nothing. A little friendly customer service goes a long way.
