I order my coffee with half the coffee everything everything else as normal... and seem they can't make the coffee correctly anymore unless I go in and tell them I want I can't taste the white chocolate at all its like they do the coffee regular and half the white chocolate... haven't been back and probably will never go back... Starbucks seems to be super high priced and never get what you ask for unless you have them remake it every time you go
I ordered a venti cold drink. Requested light ice. I was give a $5+ cup of 90% ice! They were not busy, just ignored my request. Simple request, disregard for customer satisfaction.
They are always fast, accurate, and smiling! My favorite Starbucks by far!

AJ is literally the caffeine queen. Whatever they are paying her, give that wonderful human a raise! My partner and I are fairly regular customers here, and she knows us by our order, and her customer service is 1,000% even on their busiest days.

I'm not sure if I've just have had bad luck with the baristas at this place, but my drinks are very inconsistent and not very pleasant.
The employees at this Starbucks are so sweet, I don't know how they do it sometimes. The drinks are always great but sometimes it seems like they are out of pretty much every bakery item, that's literally the only problem I've ever had here though.
Quality was good. However the panhandlers will keep me away from this store. Bold and aggressive stopping people as they left the store. I also watched as they approaced cars in the drive thru and asked people for money even motioning for people to roll down their windows. The grounds around the area are starting to look dirty and trashy. Shame.
