I hate leaving bad reviews, but feel horrible for insisting my son eat part of his chicken tender when he insisted it tasted “weird”. It was completely raw. I know it can happen, but feel the need to warn parents to check especially younger kid’s food to ensure it’s cooked. This is a first for us and I’m sure it won’t be the last, but always good to know!
I called the phone number the supposed "owner" posted. I spoke to a receptionist who at the end offered me a coupon that I would only receive by downloading and placing my order through the app. This experience says a lot about the upper management, apparently they don't care. Maybe they should go there and oder and not let anyone know who they are.
Ordered using the Sonic app. Was fast and easy ?. Will try to use it again.
Honestly, I like this sonic. I just wish the option of parking and ordering was still here. The people working in the morning and around lunch time are always so nice and the food is always hot. I just wish it wasn't only drive through rn.
Guys it's sonic. It's not the best. it's not the worst. You will live today, but go a few days a week your days will be numbered
This experience was good. Ordered ahead online, food was good and order complete.
I can't go wrong with Sonic. Cheap and delicious food and the best drinks. Ocean water is my favorite. This particular place has been fast and friendly.
Just couldn't get my order right. The lady at the window sure tried but I just have up.

So this was always our "go to" Sonics because it was the closest. But a recent experience has made us boycott this location. During our last and final visit not only did they get our order wrong by adding mustard to both burgers we ordered even though I listed no mustard, sending cold mozzarella sticks, cold tots, and they included rotten lettuce on one burger to boot. When I tried to get a refund for the burgers (should've been for the entire order) I ordered I was told that since I ordered on the app that I could only get a replacement of the food. That was a definitive "NO" for me. I called the customer service center and was told that I would be given a gift card which to this day (some 3 weeks later) I haven't received. Be very cautious of what you order at this location...these folks DO NOT CARE about customer satisfaction?
