The staff here happen to be super rude. They tell customers they can go somewhere else that they won’t serve them if they have a big order. They cuss you out when you get defensive over being cut off when ordering. It’s gone down hill and the employees need better manners. I understand fast food can be overwhelming but being flat out rude is ridiculous if you don’t have customer service then get out of the food industry.
This location has slowly getting worse. The last 3 trips to this sonic they've not been serving ice cream, are you trying to keep up with McDonald's? You are known for your ice cream! Along with that, orders are wrong and staffing is terrible. I understand being short staffed but come on, shouldn't have to wait 20 mins for a cup of soda. Definitely don't think I'll be coming back!
The parking lot can be a little tricky considering size and location. The service was prompt. They weren't that busy when we went. The speaker volume on the menu was so loud that it startled me and made it a bit difficult to understand what was being said. I highly recommend the batter shakes but don't go large on the first one! The pretzel twists are sweet.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese. It was hard and I couldn't bit it and even though I pushed the button to remind her of the cheese, they didn't put any on it even though they charged me for it.
Watched a customer get snotty with an employee. We were nice, even tipped the young lady. She was doing an awesome job and the food was on point. The strawberry milkshake ?
If I could leave no stars I would. On Tuesday evening they had the worst management possible. I will NOT be stopping there again just for that reason alone. I can deal with subpar food, but service? No. The car hop we had was nice though.
Ive had nothing but pleasant service very polite and everything was made fresh!! They have a new frito chili cheese wrap it is awesome im not a fan of chili but there's was excellent. I highly recommend this sonic to any of my friends or my family
Some days it's great service and friendly interactions. Other days it feels as if my food is being forced upon me in a quick manner.
Really off today! Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and mayonnaise only. 1st one they brought out was all the way. 2nd one has ketchup and mustard, 3rd time finally got only ketchup and mayonnaise. No refund. No offer of a refund or anything! I understand having a bad there was no one else here when we first ordered.
Be careful when you order either online or on the app the take so long and then when you go and order your food make sure they have everything on there went there this evening and ordered food and did it online and then someone comes out asking if we ordered on the screen or online and when we told them online they had someone else’s order. And then when they finally bring your order out. We got the #1 and it comes with onions and when you click the button and tell them you didn’t get no onions they tell you it don’t come with them and looking online and on the board it does with onions. And when you ask them if you can get onions then they tell you there out of onions. So be careful when you order from here there really hateful and they love playing on the phone in the kitchen and not getting orders out. Will not come back again.
