Kiera was wonderful but Lisa need a little improvement
Perfection. Our server Morgan was amazing, friendly, and fast! Food was hot and delicious even with a little wait (shout out to the cooks!) and everything fried was super crispy. As a Chef and manager of 9+ years I can say the team is doing an excellent job and I'll continue to eat here!

Good food. Good service. Good vibes. Smoke Bones has an array of menu options with ribs, pulled pork and wings being the popular options. Overall the service was fast and efficient; the food was serviced promptly and met all expectations.The restaurant was clean and neat. Easy to navigate and find any accommodations you needed while being served.I would recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling through the areas. Especially on a Monday, when the wings are buy one get one free. So if you order 8 you get 16; if you order 16 you get 32… and so on.Recommendations: Pulled pork platter, garlic bread, broccoli and Mac and cheese.
Reviews have been good, but I guess we went on an off night. Food was good and our waitress was overworked to say the least. She kept checking on us telling us the same thing, It will be ready soon, over and over again. We were like what is going on? When leaving though we realized she was actually handling the curbside customers outside too. Then we understood. Poor girl in that respect she did an amazing job. And I have to say...Come On America, we are all ready to get out and enjoy life, please participate in helping businesses to be able to take care of all of us. Get out and start working, work hard and CARE about your patrons and fellow employees!! Be a responsible contributing adult in society!! Go USA!!
Pretty casual big place. We went at lunch time during the week so we were one of two people there. It was extremely cold for some reason. Service was pretty quick and very friendly. All our food came out correct the first try. The check took a while to come. But overall the place and the staff was good. We had the pretzel appetizer and it was absolutely awesome. Highly recommend if you like warm pretzels. I got baby back ribs with a potato and my kids got the Mac and cheese and the pulled pork sandwich. Everything was pretty good. Their ribs were ok. Very tender. But I don't think the remove the silver skin off the bottom of the ribs. Sort of a pain to be ripping off as you go. The potato was undercooked a little. My kids loved their food. I'm overly critical of the ribs at a place called smokey bones I was hoping for a little bit more smoke flavor and high quality. But in the end everything was definitely good. Would go back and eat there again. I need to try the brisket grilled cheese. The picture looked awesome.
Traveling through and stopped here because we no longer have a Smokey Bones where I live. Best decision! Even though they were short handed on staff, I felt well taken care of the whole time. I ordered the happy hour burger and the pretzels. Pretzels came out first, piping hot and the cheese sauce was great. But then... the burger came out. I requested med rare and it was on point! I took the first bite and looked over to my partner and said, " this is one of those sandwiches that you just don't set down". And I didn't. That burger never hit the plate again. GONE! I asked our server to let the cook know how impressed I was. She said he was happy I said that and now I am writing this review because KIMBRO needs to be recognized as the pro he is. A big thank you to Daphne and the management for a great experience!
great drinks, awesome food
We’re greeted and told 15 minute wait to be seated. The lady next to me had been waiting 50 minutes. “Staffing shortage” was whispered by the staff. No leadership was apparent.After 36 minutes with no one asking how we were we left. The lady left who had waited over an hour as well.I am sorry but executive management should be fired. Good luck
