I love the pizza from Sbarto’s but today I witnessed something that left me very disappointed in them. A man ordered a large pizza and was waiting for it. Fifteen minutes later he was told that they hadn’t made his pizza yet because someone forgot to tell him to make it. So the man just asked to get his money back and forget it. Then they had the nerve to say do you have your receipt. They knew he ordered it and paid for it but they weren’t going to give him his money back because the man couldn’t find the receipt. So, he just said to forget it and walked off. Then the guy who I assumed was the manager bad mouth the guy after he left. He said he shouldn’t have talked to him like that. Very poor taste. They should have offered the man something like a drink or food while he now had to wait longer because his pizza had not been started. And then to request his receipt after the mistake they made was awful. Poor, poor way to have handled this.
They have the BEST red sauce and I don't even like tomato sauces lol.Also, DeAnthony is the best! He was very nicely dressed, well kept and put together. He was polite, patient, and courteous with myself and my wife! We offered him a tip, but he advised he was unable to accept tips... So, I want to make sure everyone knows what a wonderful employee he is! He deserves a raise!!! He is the best, EVER!!!! Thanks for a great experience, DeAnthony!!!
Yummy pizzas after getting Mikaylas second set piercing in her ears.
Loved coming here until today. Went with my daughter to get 2 slices.. gentleman had a cleaning rag in his hand throws it back into a bucket of water then goes and picks up our pizza with the same wet gloves on. Disgusting!

I got the 4 cheese pizza with garlic dipping sauce. Very good flavor \\u0026 fresh! Friendly staff. I was on a 15 minute break so I was in a hurry. I was in \\u0026 out in less than 5 minutes!!! Thanks
