My husband and I have been coming here for years. We were so happy that they survived the pandemic and are still open for business. They have everything and more that you could get at your local take out but this is far better. They have plenty of options like Teriyaki Chicken, Coconut Shrimp, Dumplings, Garlic Green Beans, and so much more. Everything is so flavorful, and there is something there for everyone who enjoys Chinese food. It is a great atmosphere for couples, families or even just yourself plus they do have options to assemble your own to go boxes. Just because Panda Express (yes they are great as well, however they are NOT a buffet like Red Palace) is there doesn't mean Red Palace isn't here, because I assure you we will keep coming back because Red Palace is where it's at!
If youre looking for new york style boneless spare ribs “Do not go here”! Ribs were flavorless, dry and had no spare rib sauce. Thank me later!
Really nice choice of buffet items nice and hot. Had gloves to wear to get your food. Really nice and friendly and the price is nice here they even help me out with my mother who is handicapped. I really want to thank them sincerely. Keep up a good work.
Went in right before closing because I didn't know what time they closed and still received exceptional service. I took my niece and we were going to get the buffet but as I said didnt know they closed in 30 minutes so we ordered food to eat in. I felt bad for coming in late and was going to get the food to go but they insisted it was ok to eat in so we did. I had the General Tso chicken and my niece had the shrimp fried rice. The food was so good fresh and hot and so much we had to take half home! The staff was so courteous and never rushed us but attended to our needs. Even offered we could have anything off the buffet we wanted to try. Very exceptional customer service and great food ..good portions for the price would definitely recommend and will be trying again when I'm up this way!
I love the Chinese Buffet at Red Palace (Tanglewood.) The food is always great, and the owner is inviting and warm. The service is exceptional, not the kind of service you would normally get from a buffet. You are constantly being checked on for drink refills, etc. The Red Palace is definitely one of my very favorite places to eat.
Food was good. Very impressed that waitress noticed my son struggling with chop sticks so she brought him a kids pair. He loved it. I loved it.
We havent eaten here in a very long time. The buffet has most of the staples, but isn't as big as the other buffets in the area. The pricing was good comparatively because of that. The food was good though!
We were so impressed by the owner and/or manager’s generosity, hospitality and kindness that a 5 star review was the only option as we came in just before closing which we hate to do, but we were hungry and thought it worth the try to stop in. Never once were we rushed or felt like an imposition for showing up right at closing. It’s a buffet and he even went so far as to make us fresh hot food over our choice. Completely over and above anything we could have expected. Superior service. Excellent food. Thank you. You are an example for all business owners to follow.
New the the area and looking for a good Chinese rest. The food was very good and our to-go order was ready on time!. Our meals included beef and chicken and was tasty and no bad pieces of chewy meat that we often find in other places. Staff was also super friendly !
Decided to try takeout here on a whim when I was next door & so glad I did! Their food made me nostalgic for the hunan restaurant I had growing up, delicious vegetarian options & great service.
