The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I recommend this Red Lobster to anyone visiting this area.
Abysmal Service - Incredibly rude employees, and a completely broken delivery system that will have you waiting over an hour just to tell you they don't have your order. They offered no sort of resolution - passed the blame to the delivery service (who sent multiple drivers to pick up an order that they never made). Unacceptable and really just sad; a giant waste of time that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Ordered 3 from the sea house salad, coconut shrimp and fish n chips. All seafood was prepared to perfection. Salad was fresh. Meal itself was very enjoyable.
Worst meal anywhere. Had a plate with fried shrimp, bay scallops, clam strips, fried fish and fries. Only the fries tasted like anything different. Not particularly good, but at least they were different. The seafood all tasted alike and not very good. Greasy and over cooked. What a waste of money this place is. Long John Silvers is far better. No need for management to reply because I ain't coming back. Service was decent.
We dined in for my boyfriends birthday, had a delish dinner, and enjoyed our time here. Our waitress was great. Even though it was busy we got our food in a reasonable amount of time.
We went on Valentine's Day and the service was just okay and the restaurant decided to remove the all you can eat shrimp and there's no notification for that. I got the fish and chips and it was super super greasy. I haven't been there in 10 years and I probably won't go back for another 10.

We love having dinner here, its always jam packed so better make some reservations. Host is very attentive to our needs as well as the waiter. She offered us some good appetizers while waiting for our main dish. Their sweet tea is superb and soup is good. I did order some of their lobster. The only cons is of course waiting and price but everything is GREATTTT
