Terrible customer service, slow service, & awful attitudes. I often come here to deliever Uber Eats orders. The manager “Julof” told me it wasn’t his problem that it takes 15 minutes to answer the drive-thru speaker nor that customers get their orders late.
Yikes… where do I begin. Well, I got a 3 piece chicken dinner with fries and a biscuit. The chicken tasted like it wasn’t fresh and was sitting around for a few hours. I could tell it wasn’t fresh because the batter was not crunchy at all. The fries were stale tasting or next to soggy not fresh either. Never again will I go here.
The food has always been good. But they forgot something with my order so make sure you check before you leave. The woman working the window yesterday was an absolute delight!!! Her sweet outgoing personality would keep me coming back there all the time!!!!
The Popeyes on Melrose Ave . in Roanoke,Va.was helpful to us and had excellent service. The Popeyes at the Towne Square Plaza in Roanoke, Va. was totally the opposite. They continue to get rude and hateful towards some customers. No sense in this.
This the only Popeyes that never has any chicken take to long to come to the window to take your order refuse to fix any fresh chicken when they are all out they say the reason they can’t fix it Bc they are closing early at this point they should close down crowns chicken across the street is the moves ?
I work in a box truck and only go to places that dine in so I park get out try to open the door at 1120 on a monday afternoon when everything says dine in and all I get is an unfriendly point to the drive thru
I got the entirely wrong order. After waiting for forever to even get my order taken and then had to waiting even longer for the food, there was also no line. Wasted my money!
Line was quick but the girl at window was impatient and unprofessional
This store is getting batter and better. Now they are friendly and fast absolutely fresh food. I eat at least once a week here.
I like there to go because of Fresh food and very friendliness.
