Absolutely delicious food... when you get it. Our $60 drive thru order was short two shrimp dinners and we were to far away to fine back to the restaurant. Check your drive thru order people
The food was very good. Tried the chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. I actually enjoyed both but the nuggets were the best. The staff wasn't overly friendly but I will return for the food.
Too expensive. I absolutely love chicken but wow! Nothing special enough about it to be that pricey. $10+ for a combo! That includes 1 small side and drink. Not going back anytime soon. Definitely not for my grandchildren!! No good choices for their meals ?. Not all kids enjoy spicey. They have spicey or mild. No regular for youngsters.
The sign and online says closes at 9pm. When we drove around to drive-thru at 8:52pm, there was a car at the window. We sat at the menu waiting for a response; nothing. Drove up to the window, where 5 workers just looked at us, didnt address and it looked like the manager was taking money from the drawer; it was 8:55pm. So annoyed that I came on google to write a review right after leaving.
I visit here often and it's normally predictable service. Get food and go. Always hot. Always good. I'm a fan
I enjoy Popeye and love how close it was nearby to my location for Lunch. However, ever since they remove my favorite Cajun Rice, I was upset they removed it. Not to mention their Popeye app is showing this location closed but they are opened, therefore they close off any good deals with them. Lastly, they tend to not double check the order carefully at drive thru, either forgot to add in the bag, wrong sauce, or utensils, making yourself back to the long line drive thru. The company really needs to straighten things together of this location. Oh and they seriously have the dine in still closed due to outbreak still which makes drive thru problem with huge line.
Short waits in drive through, cheerful service, and good eats. Popeyes chicken tenders are among the best, with solids offerings in biscuits and macaroni too. We always stop here when we're in Roanoke because nothing in our area is as good.
There were workers being distracted and saw a lot of confusion to the point where I got an incomplete order. I ordered a big box in which they left out one of my sides. I didn't realize that a side was missing until I got back to my hotel room and the trip back wasn't worth the time, the gas or the chance of getting into an accident with dropping temperatures with wet road conditions. It seems like a lot of these fast food, regardless of who they are don't go thither trouble to make sure that the customers order is exact as ordered or requested
One of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever ate I couldn't wait to try a bucket of chicken if the sandwiches are that good the fried chicken must be a knock out boy was I ever so disappointed the fried chicken was good but I've ate better
Ugh, why is it that when I request specific sauces, I don't actually get them? I checked the bag before leaving this time so I could make sure I got the condiments I feel would make the experience even better, after spending almost $20 for one meal, and I saw one of the 3 types were in there. So, I requested again what was missing from the request I put in at the speaker. The girl was nice but I shouldn't have to stay on these people about things I requested at the speaker. Also I request it there in case they want to charge for extra sauces. I'm willing to pay a certain amount but I request in a place where they can do that if they need to. Just give me what I request please, because I'm choosing to spend money with you. I'm not asking for special treatment, just things to make your dry chicken go down better. I could name a few establishments that I will not and have not returned to and add you to that list, but I enjoy your dry chicken and multiple options, so instead of writing you off, I'm bringing this to your attention... Just give the condiments that have been requested by the customer, to the customer. Maybe even ask if they want any condiments and then actually put it in the bags. It's the little things that pull or repel people from your store. It doesn't take much to be put on the "Nope" list that we all have in our head and don't mention much, and the condiment issue is a big reason for places to go on that list and never come off. You want the honest reasons for why people go to some places and not others, this is one of them. Take it or leave it, I don't care, but my intention is to help you so just know that. Thank you and have a nice day.
