More communication is needed. I had checked the status of the pizza and it was still "being made" I waited a very long time for it. It got to the point that I just went and picked up the pizza even though it was supposed to have been delivered. I was expecting to have to wait. Once I arrived at the store there was a hand written note on the the door that said "no more walk in orders" at 745 at night on a Friday night. I walked in and was never greeted there was only one customer there who seems to have been there a while. I asked if my pizza was ready which i was expecting a "no" since I just checked the status again and it was still being made but low and behold my pizza was pulled out of an oven. I instantly thought to myself "great how long has this been in that oven". I thanked the lady that helped me and proceeded out the door, with what i knew would be a dismal pizza at best. I only live maybe 5 mins from the Pizza Hut and get home. Take a bite and you guessed it, it tasted like a pizza that had been sitting in an oven for quite sometime. Something is wrong with this picture to me and needs to be looked at. Friday pizza place closing at 8pm... never once received a call about my order when the place closed in 15 minutes, what would have happened if I waited just a little bit longer, would I still be waiting in a pizza this morning? My order clearly sat in an oven for some time by the taste of it. I am not one to complain normally but I have had problems with this place the last few times I have ordered, and finally have had enough. If it's short staffing pay people more instead of lining your pockets, contract out with Uber eats, doordash something. Figure it out. Because this store sucks for lack of a better term and needs fixed. It's in a great location and I know is struggling but an ownership change needs to happen.
I ordered online 45min to an hour early. It was for curbside pick up. I waited 27 min after texting twice that I was outside. I finally just went in to get it. I ordered extra pepperoni and definitely did Not get that plus there was very little sauce on the pizza. It tasted dry. Wing order was for 6, I got 5. I was Not at all happy with this transaction.
I had a Christmas Eve party and I had ordered $50 worth of pizza and cinnamon buns to be delivered by DoorDash. I had ordered them early in the afternoon to make sure that I got them by six. At 6 o’clock the DoorDash driver calls me and said that they do not have my order ready or even started and that the manager was screaming at all the employees. When I called customer service the girl told me there wasn’t anything she could do she was a call line somewhere else. If your hungry or planning a party I wouldn’t order from here
Everything went exactly as expected. My pizza was fresh out of the oven at the exact time I requested. I watched as it was cut and put into the box.
My first time getting pizza at this location. We had been closer to the location in Roanoke that closed sometime ago on Brandon Ave. We tried this location tonight and we were very happy with our experience. I used the curbside pickup and it was easy to do and went great. When I got home the pizza has hot, looked great and tasted great. The guy that brought the pizza out to us for curbside pickup was very courteous and polite. We will be back!
The app needs to be updated if they are going to close hour early. I was able to do the app order and sent email that the order would be ready by 9:55pm. I drove all the way there and lights were off. Some one saw me and told me they closed early at 9pm. They said someone was supposed to call me. I never received a phone call cancellation. Pizza Hut should make it easy for any franchise to control the app hours and food availability. I know these are tough times. That is only pizza hut that stays open past 8pm and I drove 30 minutes to get there.
I was doing curbside pickup and no one would answer phone. I got a voice message stating they were not taking phone orders only web orders. I called several times and finally i guess they saw me sitting and brought the pizza out.
Wpuld give no stars if I could! Ordered a pizza at 10:31 P.M. the ordered was approved. No notification other than the tracker said it was being made. At 11:30 p.m. I called and the lady told me the store had canceled the order at 11:00 pm! If you are going to cancel an order, don't let it sit on the board for almost 30 minutes, and notify the customer that paid for their food!
Great tasting pizza, good deals as long as the specials continue, quick, easy to pickup and go
