The last time I visited Pizza Hut before this was about 9 months ago. It was the second worst fast food experience I've had, only after the time Taco Bell called the cops on me when I complained they forgot my chalupas. I waited an hour and a half from the point I placed my order, almost an hour in the parking lot, being told every 15 minutes when I called that it was almost ready. When I went in to ask for my money back, surprise, it was finally ready. The worst part is that they just lied through their teeth to me.So when I visited the other day, I'm glad to see they've marginally improved, my total wait was just slightly under an hour, so maybe 25 to 30 minutes after it was supposed to be done. At this point I wasn't happy but I didn't see the point in getting angry. I didn't bother calling, just waited for them to bring it out since you can text them when you arrive now, another decent development.So between the slight improvement and the fact that my girlfriend and I loved the new Spicy Lover's pizza, they earned 2 stars from a location I would have given 0 before.
We had ordered about an hour before the store closed yesterday. The cheese sticks were overcooked and I ordered a bbq chicken pizza without red onions and got a spicy chicken pizza instead. I checked my order and it said spicy but we don’t eat spicy pizza.
I have ordered a couple times in the past 2 months the first time I ordered my cheese sticks were burnt. And I loved the cinnamon sticks that was my first time ordering them so I ordered them this time and they were dry and all the cinnamon just flaked off them.
You could close this store or they could deliver pizza in the timeframe they estimated. If they are going to be late, they could make a call to give the customer the option to cancel. My pizza arrived 3 hours after I ordered it and was warm at best.
Everything was correct as ordered, looked good. Tasted great. The boneless wings were crispy and the sauce was great! Breadsticks were done right as well.
Service at location was a bit slow. Had to go into property to get order. They were short handed so I perfectly understand.... No other issues...
Horrible when I originally placed my order online it was only supposed to take 30 minutes for delivery it ended up taking and 1 hour and 30 minutes and when I finally got my food it was cold and tasted old. Food was not fresh or hot. The driver went to a different address and kept calling me saying he was at an apartment complex when my address was clear on my online order. Called the local store about it and they didn’t care. Said a manager was going to call me and never did. Very disappointed and I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
I have ordered from Pizza Hut twice and have not been able to have my order completed. The first time (several months ago I was put on hold only to be told that they were no longer taking delivery orders that night. Last night after ordering on line I revieved an email at 7:30PM that my ordermwould be delivered at 10:30 PM. When I called they store I was again put on hold for15 minutes before hanging up. I called the Customer service number to cancel my order. I will not be purchasing from Pizza Hut again or recommed Pizza Hut to anyone. Sorry!!
We placed a order said 45 mins for delivery. They called and we were 9 mins away and they said that's fine. But when we placed order we were 30 mins away. But we get to hotel and no pizza. So we called and the rudest woman answers and just says your order was cancelled. So now at 8:30 @ night we have to find another place. I do not recommend this pizza hut. If you work with customers they should be a priority. I really wouldnt even give it a 1 star. So no I guess we order Papa Johns
I ordered a thin and crispy crust, as that is all my diet tolerances allow. I live in Covington, drove 2 hours before I noticed I got hand tossed. They closed all our Pizza Huts downs, and I wanted it so bad!
