I've recently had two bad experience with the one on Williamson Road. One night we ordered and went to pick it up and were told our order was just given to an Uber driver. Meanwhile, we had to sit and wait another 30 minutes for the order to be remade. Second experience was a bad one as well. I called on Saturday to place an order and was disconnected twice while placing order. I finally placed order on app. After waiting over an hour ( estimated time of delivery)I called them to check on it's status. They told me they only had one driver and it may be another hour.When I told them I would just come by and pick it up they put me on hold for a long time to make that change. Once I picked up order and brought it home, one pizza was incorrect. I've never had problems like this at this location. No apologies given.
Pizza was excellent perfectly cooked with ratios of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Crust wasnt doughy at all. ??
I really like this Papa John's. The person taking my order was courteous and the delivery was fairly quick no complaints at all
