If I could rate it 0 I would. Ordered a pizza ONE PIZZA at 5:24 they said 35 minutes. WENT DOWN there 35 minutes later they say another 15 to 20 minutes so we wait that long & go back they say yet again another 15-20 minutes so here it is 6:47 & don't have a pizza because I've wasted more gas going there n back 100 times cause they can't handle a Friday night. ALL idiots working! Won't ever receive our business again! Ridiculous
I can't understand how you can have so many employees on the clock and have such poor service. I called in a carryout order @ 620p and was told the pizza would be ready in 25 mins. I left a little late and worried the pie would be cold, but when I got there the cashier informed me that my pizza hadn't been made yet. It's not the first time that this has happe to, but it is the last time it will happen at this location. 2 suggestions: stop outsourcing operators to take orders and get rid of everyone, who works there
I ordered 5 pizzas for a birthday party and they said they would deliver by 1:15. It never showed up and when I called they said they are waiting alfor a driver. I told them to cancel the order as it was 215 and no pizza. Never again at papa johns
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEIR FOOD!!It's always fresh and always tastes so great!The employees are always so nice.Will definitely order again:)
Sometimes takes a loooong time for delivery and I am less than a mile away. Food is decent. Seems like something could be a little better in order to get the fifth star.
I ordered pizza to go to my parents house so they didn't have to worry about dinner since my uncle had just passed away. They delivered the pizza to someone else's house. I had received a text with picture of pizza saying the pizza was delivered to them. I called and told them what happened and they basically was like "what do you want me to do about it" he then said he would connect me to his manager. I never got the manager and had to go to the store to have the pizza made. I never got an apology or any kind of special offer. I called corporate and filed a complaint and noone got back to me like I was told would happen. I would give them 0 stars as well if I could. Will never order from there again because of the way the situation was handled.
The delivery driver was super nice.The person taking our order was probably in another country judging by accent and obviously internet phone connection.The pepperoni pizza left a lot to be desired. I think it was the pepperoni, they tasted kinda off. I pulled them off and it still tasted yucky.My niece wasn't happy about using Papa John's - she said she had previously gotten food poisoning from them at the Vinton location.Thank goodness we ordered other pizzas.Ordered 1 large pepperoni, 1 large veggie, & 1small Hawaiian.Cost over $50 plus a tip.Going to stay with Dominos from now on.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 pizzas well over an hour ago. I was told 18-20 when I made the order. I called 40 minutes later and was told another 22 minutes. Then I finally get the manager and she said that it had been done but waiting on door dash to pick up bc this store doesn’t have its own drivers. 20 minutes late I called back to say I would just come get it myself but she said it was picked up. Now, 25 minutes after all that I still have nothing.To add to my order, called back around the 2 hour mark to be told the driver had completed my order. Which means they gave my order away to a random person or just kept it. Will never order from there again.
So I called an order in for carry out for 1 Jack-o-lantern pizza. The lady on the phone told me my order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I go to pick up my pizza after 20 minutes. The gentleman said sorry mam you pizza will be ready in 45 minutes. Sir, thanks anyway. You can go ahead and cancel my order. This is year 2 of this happening to me. Sadness.
Online order said 30 min wait. 1 hour, 40 minutes later, the food finally arrived, nice and cold. First and last time ordering from this location.
