Filthy place. Had to clean off seats and table before we sat down. Food and garbage all over the floors. Dust webs over the tables. Bathrooms had puddles of urine, dried and wet. Hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I bought 4 sandwiches 4 drinks and two all bags of chips and it cost over $55. Absolutely shameful. Anyone that eats at this place more than once should be ashamed of themselves also. Disgusting!

Mindless and ill trained workers and equally incompetent manager; filthy tables and carpet.Watch out for your bills every time you go there. I do not think they over charge you on purpose but the kids at the counter are quite incompetent. If you approach the Manager to get the bill corrected, they seems to be equally callous about the whole thing.Have had this experience a few times and need to check the bill carefully before you pay.

Excuse the eaten piece but was not a fan... the toppings were not how it was the last few times I've had it. Was not satisfied.

Was there to pick up mac and cheese a tea and some bread. They completely ignored all the delivery orders that were on the screen and just made in store or drive-thru orders.New policy slows delivery process. Due to thieves, we now have to ask for delivery at counter.

The kiosk doesn't explain the soups easily , I wanted a bread bowl got just regular bread but other than that good

Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a large coffee only to be given a regular coffee. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I order a large for a reason....dissatisfied! and I am a coffee subscription member!

Good food, great for lunch. They serve soups, sandwiches, salads, coffees and specialty drinks, bagels and cream cheeses, and pastries. The soups in a bowl are unique. The bread bowls are made from sourdough bread. I love the variety of bagels they offer, such as cinnamon crunch, Asiago cheese, blueberry, and others. The service is sometimes a bit slow, but in general friendly. Prices are a bit high for the amount of food. Overall a nice place to eat by one’s self or in groups.

We went through the drive through and The worker at the speaker was rude, when I tried to place my order, at the window my card was declined she tried to give the card back her body language and face said that she just wanted us to leave, I told her to try again and it took my payment, once we got our order my sandwich was missing so we had to park the car and go inside the lobby to get it. The name on the receipt says that Courtney was our cashier. Courtney needs to work on her professionalism. Very discouraging for a customer to want to come back. The worker at the inside counter was much nicer and replaced our missing sandwich.

I happened to hit the store right when closing for a staff meeting and the manager, Jessie still was very nice to take my order. Everyone was so nice and the food was still fresh. So grateful for them taking me in literally last min! ?

Poor customer service by Kayla, one of the Panera Bread team members. I was next in line. Kayla chose to chat with her coworker before taking my order for a brownie, Order # 407281. There was a male religious nut in the parking lot speaking about the Book of Revelations as I was going out the door to get in my car. I usually use the drive-thru. I decided to go inside today as the last time I used the drive-thru the Panera Bread team member claimed she couldn't hear me.
