Poor service and inefficient workers. Made us wait 45 mins for coffee. How can a coffee shop not have coffee? I could see a bunch of people working inside but no one came to the counter to help.How pathetic is their management that they do not care about the basics - CUSTOMERS
This location is going down hill. Very untidy, long wait times, lack of product. Super disappointed. I hope corporate can sweep in and bring it back to the normal standard of Panera!
Panera bread has bad judgement. They open at 8 and are always sold out of the Soufflés (all flavors) before 10 and then when they’re not sold out they have 1 flavor lingering around. It’s horrible! If that’s your top seller why not make enough rather than selling out. It’s bad business. Or why not just tell customers they can make more but it may be a wait. I’d leave no star if I could because it’s ridiculous.
The food was delicious. Our order was slightly incorrect, and the chicken on my sandwich was on the small side.
I have been to Panera multiple times and every time they don’t have anything available in the bakery. i have wanted cookies from there and they are never available.
Really awesome sandwiches..the tomato cucumber basil salad is a great side selection
The GM Heather is extremely Rude. Will never go back to this location again. Asking a simple Question (How long will my wait be) gets you scolded by this lady and "kicked out" Thank you for "Kicking me out" so I never have to have this experience again.
Havent been in a while but as good as ever clean place good friendly staff
There bakery is often picked over by 2 p.m. so take that into account. The soup and salad were excellent and I was able to stay on some sort of a diet. Healthy eating in a restaurant setting is important to me.
