We had a delicious meal at Outback in Roanoke, Virginia. Our service was great! We want to give a “Shout out” to Nario who gave us great customer service. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and my granddaughter’s birthday, Nario was super nice. We recommend the Roanoke location for a good meal and great service.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Very poor service. Had 5 adults and 2 kids.Roughly $220 bill. We didn't receive all our drinks until after our appetizers and meals had arrived.( Milk) Steaks were overcooked. Waitress didn't bother to ever check on us. We had to ask other workers if we needed anything. We Only received 1drink refill for entirety of the meal. Just a very poor experience all around.
We were traveling to PA from SC and took the scenic route. We decided to stop and get something to eat before we checked into our hotel.(Radisson, great spot). My wife and I opted for the pepper seared ahi tuna for our appetizer. Yummy. I had the steak and shrimp pasta and my wife had the salmon. All prepared nicely, served with a smile, and no waiting. Loved it.
We sat at the bar and Katie the bartender was great. Much better than an hour wait for a table. Food was good...beers were cold. Would return if in the area.
just went there. the food was terrible. absolutely TERRIBLE. BLOOMING ONION A GREASE PIT.
Long wait times are the norm so arrive 45 minutes before you want to eat give or take. Call ahead shortens wait. Service and food was great.
Just came here for a birthday dinner for my grandfather. Had Christian as our server and she was phenomenal! On top of drinks, on top of the apps and entrees, and brought out a birthday dessert that was just divine. Super sweet and very attentive. Will come again and hopefully have her as our server!
Good food prepared specifically how you like it at a decent price point. I really appreciate when a server asks how you would like your food seasoned. Have never had a bad experience.
Fast and friendly service, prepared and served hot and tasty!! Great place to dine in or take out!'
Bloomin Onion was extremely greasy and over-spiced but the rest of our meal was just average. The most disappointing dining experience was the fact only half of the staff were wearing face masks properly! The female host wore hers under her nose, while the male host wore his under his chin. You had one pregnant server who wore hers as a kerchief which never made it up to her face. No plans to return anytime soon since the overall experience was less than "okay".
