I was put on hold as soon as they answered the phone, 4:18 seconds later they decide to pick the phone back up. By this time I had arrived at the restaurant, there was not a single customer in the store. I was told they only take cash not a huge deal, but I’m not gonna give them a chance to make me anything to eat. Better luck next time with someone else.
Really good take out Chinese food. Top 3 for me in this area.
We don't eat out a lot because we have six kids in the home. We splurged tonight and it was bad. The beef and broccoli looked weird and tasteless. The fried rice was good. The general tysero chicken was awful it didn't even taste right no flavor. The egg drop soup was good and hot. The egg roll was good. Will not be eating here anymore. ? Yuck!!!!
I am actively being afforded the opportunity to deal with food poisoning after eating 1 pork egg roll. It was my first time there and the egg roll tasted odd. I chalked it up to them having a different recipe. Sadly 2 hours later my guts are in knots and I am in a decent deal of pain. 10/10 would avoid like the plague... which they may have given me.
They need to learn how to interact with customers!!! Rude , Rude, Rude!!! Especially the mother!! I will never go there another day in my life!! They constantly screw up my orders then they want to argue and lie about who is at fault! Then they expect me to go back and pick up their many mistakes!! Gas is at my expense and I don’t feel like having to pick up my order twice every time!! When I see them shopping at my store I show them what it’s like to treated with kindness and respect. But this must stop!! We need to show them that they can’t treat us like this!! Stop using New China City now!!!!I think they resell the food products that have been returned!! I had to call them 4 times because they kept hanging up on me before I could even utter a word!! They knew I was calling about an issue since I had already received my order… save your time and energy and do not eat here!!
The portions of food are great, even if you would like to share it with someone else.
Inconsiderate, gave me crab won tons when I specifically asked for cream cheese won tons. They also rush to get off the phone! Don’t even want to tell you your price or how long.

My favorite place for Chinese, but the last three times I've gone in there they will only take cash. Won't go back. Waste of time to drive there.
I been going here for so long never had issue I always ask for my price before hanging up they just say any price without calculating. I added my order up and of course the lady tells me any price to hurry to get me off the phone when I called back to see how much are they charging for tax she gets mad and said I told you the price that’s the price I gave you. No I’m not asking that how much are you charging for tax because that’s way over my amount she hangs up so I will not be going back. Customer service is so poor it’s ridiculous.
