Not only was the food not good but I ordered a bowl with rice, chicken and queso, they put it in 3 different bowls and charged me $17. If done correctly It would have been around $5 like it had been in the past. As for the food the queso was brown not white and the chips were either cooked in old oil or had been sitting there for a long time. We were so disappointed. This moes used to be really good.
This might be the first time I've ever asked for a refund at a fast food place. I ordered a veg nachos with cilantro rice and black beans. When my turn finally came up they went hunting for the cilantro rice and couldn't find anywhere that took some time. The food counter was SUPER dirty. I asked for him to change his gloves which he did with no complaint but then proceeded to pull up his pants and touched his face then check the meat that was grilling. Finally got back to my nacho and put 1/2 scoop of black beans yep it was practically out too. Put all the other veggies on then put regular rice on and as I was going to go get a refund because of so much cross contamination he sliced up the meat on the grill and put it on my nachos. So done. I love moe but this location needs some help before I'll come back.
I have eaten here several times before and loved it.This time, I took 2 of my close friends for their first time and I was ashamed I had recommended the place. #1- They did not have the Open sign on, I myself cut it on when we went inside. #2- There was a Bag of chips spilled on the floor where the customers are supposed to walk around the counter and no one was in any hurry to clean them up.# 3 I know which one the Shift Manager was and she was VERY RUDE to my friend #4-The A/C was dripping in the floor and it seemed as if they mopped the floor very sparingly or with something that was used in the kitchen because the floor in the restaurant and the bathrooms were greasy. So, imagine that floor-being greasy and the A/C dripping on it. Like Ice! #5- They had not filled the drink dispensers with Ice and it was 12 o'clock noon!I was not happy then, and I am not happy now. The service and restaurant was very highly lacking.
This place was so dirty. Not one table was cleaned off, trash everywhere on the floor. One of the drink machines had water sitting on the bottom about to overflow. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what because we did see 4-5 people working at the time but food was not ready so they were having to wait on the food to finish cooking before they could serve you. Behind the counter was absolutely trashed and disgusting. The cashier was constantly coughing over the food. You now have to tell them what you want at the register instead of being able to look at the toppings which makes no sense because as a customer I want to look at the toppings to see what I want. What if the lettuce was gross? I wouldn't want that but you can't make that decision after you look, you have to make that decision at the register. Totally the wrong way to go Moe's and doesn't make things go faster, actually slower because people are not sure unless they see what they want. Overall terrible experience at this location which is a disappointment because we have been here in the past and it was good.
It's gone down hill alot since before covid. Used to walk down and pick your stuff out which i liked but now you order everything and they just throw it together. Its Just not as appealing. The store was dirty and the cashier was not very friendly. I went because I had a free burrito for my birthday and I'm glad I didn't pay for it. The whole burrito lacked flavor and completely fell apart. The salsa tasted bland and out of a can. Just not a certain good experience.I used to go here all the time but I don't plan on going back. Taco bell is cheaper and Chipotle is better. I hope they turn it around because I used to really like moes.
Very poor customer service.
Worst location ever, always understaffed and the Sunday free kids meal wasn't working today online but due to staffing shortage they were only doing online orders. There were 7 tables with kids at them 6 mins after opening, who ever owns this location needs to step it up, your losing business left and right!
They made a mistake on our meal the other night and came back without any question and fix our meal the correct way and was delicious. Thanks
Food was fabulous and the staff was friendly. The restroom and dining area were very clean during my visit.
nice value but you guys need to source better olives. It ruined my meal. idk if you got them canned from SYSCO/US Foods or what. Never adding them again
