Ordered a big Mac and fries at drive-through at 11:30 am. The big Mac bread was soggy and falling apart. Fries were saturated with grease and could bot be eaten. Neither was hot. Tried to call the store twice and no one answered. Called corporate and got an answering machine. They didn't bother calling back. Mcdonalds used to be the best. What has happened? Won't be going back anytime soon.
I have orders for my kids meal “Happy meal” add Cheese to but when i get it and no check-back in storeGo home give my kids Happy meal and then they asking why Burgers didn’t have cheeseNot a big deal for cheaper burgers but Service is Service , i have couple time with FORGOTTEN like this in the same store
This Mc Donald's will certainly give you a very long wait, about a 50% chance of your order being correct and about a 75% chance the lane you're in at the drive thru being ignored for a long time. It's a gamble for either lane. There are SOME nice employees.You'll definitely be given cold fries and the wrong drink.
Tuesday went to this McDonald's and we got sausage biscuits and a Dr. Pepper. It didn't taste like anything was wrong with either but I won't be back. Someone must had been sick or something because I ended up with blisters on my lip seconds after having my breakfast that day and I have never had problems before. I'm only allergic to two things which wasn't on or in either of them. Thanks McDonald's for the painful blisters I didn't order.
Go through the drive thru and they sound grumpy and are yelling while you pull up to the first window the pay and they just sit there on their phone and never look up. Laziness??♂️
Slow drive thru and the food is overpriced. I actually got a different item than what I ordered but it was fine as it is something I liked.
You never have to wait at this location or double check your order. Hot fresh food with great customer service. 25yr customer at vinton location
Sometimes, the staff can be a little slow at the drive thru speaker, but once you come around the corner, they're always really friendly and have quick service at the windows :)
Ate a fish sandwich here.. wound up sharting my pants driving home. Otherwise, the sweet tea was great!
Customer service is excellent! Food served hot and order was correct.
