Fast but sure NOT FRIENDLY..1230 mid day 5/18.. At order the drive thru screen woman very short and downright sounding like she wanted to rip your head off right off the bat .. Get to first window and shes barking asking what you had before you could get window halfway down , tell her your order she barks out a price , then grabs card and slams it back to you and barks next window , next window. Starts barking your order again slams food in your hand as soon as you roll up and shuts window .. Like you were in some prision chow line,, For the hosing we get on the prices now you could at least smile . #NOT LOVING IT
The employees here seriously lack people skills, telling people that the food items they ordered are not available when they for sure are, being rude 100% of the entire visit, not saying anything at the window when you pick up your food, you know, even for McDonald's this is abysmal. Managers owners anybody who runs this place, work on it. This is just sad.
Parking lot was pitch black hours before they close. Manager was taking orders in the drive thru yet would cut people (more than one car he did this to including me) off in mid sentence. Food was luke warm. Food was not what I had ordered but not worth the headache to go through the line again. Vinton McDonald's or Franklin road are both owned by the same person I'd say go to them instead...
Went there and had the worst experience. I wasHarrased in the drive thru and told I didn't pay when I asked for a receipt. Then the threatened me with calling the cops. Just because I asked for a receipt. The craziest thing. 460 called the cops on me because the night manager did not give me all of my $30 order. I had to go back Thur the drive thur just to be cursed at and to wait an hour and a half for the police to get there. The only thing they did was ask me if I wanted the food or the money back. And they left. What are these managers thinking. This is what I think . When you call law enforcement for a none emergency situation and it's this ridiculous that you could handle it you should be written a ticket for miss use of calling 911 and fined. I WILL NOT eat at a fast food restaurant where the food is slope anyways just so they can harass me and hold me up with my time waiting on law enforcement all because they could not handle a situation.
Listening to the conversations between staff members behind the counter can sometimes be laughingly entertaining. At least I was able to get a sausage biscuit and coffee at the senior price.
I wish I could give this trash place zero stars. I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe meal. A 4c combo. I have to drive 15 min home. Get home and open up my sandwich box and I see a bun but I tell myself that looks small. Well it was because there was no chicken in the sandwich at all. And you can't call because they are probably trying to figure out how the phone works as it is ringing. Fast food does not deserve but minimum wage. If I bought a car and it didn't have an engine then that place wouldn't be in business very long. However places like this do not care who they screw over because no consequences . I like the McDonald's on oak Grove and the one in Salem but avoid this place like the plague .
Fast, friendly service and our food was fresh. It's wonderful to get crispy hash browns. The past couple visits to other McDonalds were not as good as this one.
Politely told woman that the menu wasn’t on the screen and she replied hatefully, I don’t control the screen.Service was fast and correct order.
Always fast, accurate, and I never have any access issues with my Service Animal! They tend to be rather busy, but there isn't too long of a wait and my order is always correct!
Preordered, when I arrived their system was down and was not told about it until the worker displayed an attitude. Pancakes were hard and cold and no utensils were in the bag .
