Just got a Spud there today with roast beef on it...it was truly amazing. Ordered online, it was ready at the correct time and very easy to pick up. I was in-and-out. The food is great here and very filling.
Food was great. We had the Rachel and cups of broccoli and cheese soup and potato soup. So delicious! Ordered on the app with table side ordering and the food came very fast!!
Fantastic food and fantastic service. Thank you so much for reminding me there are still great restaurants out there! Loved it and will be returning often.
Had new loaded steak spud for dinner and really enjoyed it! Couldn't quite wrap myself around the whole thing so brought a snack home!
I love McAlister’s Deli and normally dine at waynesboro,va location. I happened to be in Roanoke traveling for work and decided to order some dinner. No mistake. The quality of meal here was sub par. This was my tomato cucumber salad I was given. The pic on left was what I was given and pic on right is what the item normally looks like. I have noticed the quality of food when you order out has significantly declined. It’s very unfortunate. I will also say they were not busy at all when I ordered this meal in the restaurant. Place was empty. Do better McAlister’s.
This was my first time eating at McAlister's Deli. I liked the atmosphere & my sandwich was huge & delicious. I got sweet tea & added black cherry syrup. It was awesome. I definitely plan on going back there in the future.
They are laying dirty nasty receipts on top of customers food .. and when I requested for them to not place the receipt on top of my food the manager proceeded to back talk me and attempted to tell me it was ok that they removed the receipts before delivery of the food.. pretty sure it’s unhygienic to lay dirty paper receipts that god knows how many people have touched on top of peoples food.. this practice needs to be dealt with, I really don’t want to involve the health department.. but I do believe someone needs to deal with this managers skewed ideas about hygiene and food prep.. it left me with such a bad taste about your establishment that I may not return.. all this person had to do was say I won’t place dirty paper on your food, but instead he wanted to argue.. not how a manager should ever treat your customers..
McAlister's Deli provided perfect customer service and was very friendly towards military veterans. The food (sandwiches) was very delightful, and the carrot cake perfect. I would recommend anyone to try this place out. And don't forget to try their Iced-T! ?
We've been here several times over the last few years and they've always had great tasting food. Tonight, due to low staffing issues, our order took longer than normal, but kudos to the crew for powering away at it through the busy crowd. Thank you for your hard work y'all. We appreciate you!
Visited Roanoke this weekend and tried out McAlister's for the first time, picking up a to-go order. Food was pretty good but they shorted us a side item. They should check orders before sending them out.
