Ordered Togo food and specifically asked when I called what the wait time was. I ordered two Turkey sandwiches and Mac and cheese and was told half an hour so I wanted fifty minutes to give them some wiggle room. Almost two hours later, finally got the food and it’s all wrong. Asked to talk to someone about the order and was told they were too busy to address me despite there being one table in view in the establishment. I was pushed off to various employees while I waited and ultimately people said they’d “check on the order” and never returned. I know people are short staffed but that doesn’t mean we can’t be decent people and at least be honest. Don’t tell people 30 min when it’s really two hours because I would have saved you the hassle and ordered elsewhere. I’ve been a customer for twenty years and after tonight don’t care to return.
Ordered the Bleu cheese bacon burger for lunch. It was spectacular. Prepared medium as requested. It was HUGE, juicy, delicious and served with an ample order of wonderfully crispy crinkle fries. Definitely recommend. Sorry no photos. It was wonderful.

Great food and interesting atmosphere. Bun on my burger was a little doughy, but not problematic. Service was a bit slow, but pleasant.
We just went to hang out in the bar area and it was fine. Keep in mind the bar side is a smoking section and it can be strong if you are sensitive to smoke but the atmosphere was fun though it did take some time to get a waitress to order our drinks.
ROXY was amazing!!!!!!! we waited over an hour to be served..she came in and wasn't even supp to be clocked in yet but clocked in to help us and was super attentive to us! she is what made us stay and eat after.our horrible start to day
Ordered Macados via DoorDash. Ordered Babe Ruth with cheddar cheese added. The bread was soggy (forgivable) and cold but no cheddar cheese. Upgrades to side of Tator Tots- they were cold and undercooked. They tasted off like they went bad. Mozzarella Sticks - overcooked? They had no cheese in them, just a hollow shell of breading. Every single one of them. Super disappointed as I was starving at working This macados in my experience is better when you eat in—when I try to do take out it seems I have one issue or another such as forgotten items, wrong orders, or just long wait times to the point I am sure my order was misplaced. It’s like they do not care because you are not going to be there to complain. I don’t think my tummy can handle another attempt at take out.
I gave a medium review because although the server that answered the phone was very polite & the manager was very understanding and professional, the kitchen messed up our food 2 times in a row. Over half of our $50 order was missing. We asked for the missing items because some of it was entire meals. They offered to remake the entire ticket to my surprise. However it took about an hour to get the new food as well & the kids pizzas were extremely burnt and I mean inedibly, not just dark & had old lettuce on one & they still forgot my mac salad. We wondered if the cook burned the pizza on purpose lol. The fries were cold. The first attempt forgot straws & the ice was melted. My shrimp taco was delicious just had to wait 2 hours for it even after driving it to pick it up, because we originally thought it was door dashes fault. There were 5 or 6 door dashers in the lobby that all had an issue & one of them had been there 45 mins and was given the wrong food. By the time I got home with the food the 2nd time and thought it had to be right after all that, I was too tired to deal with it any more. In the future I will stick to the electric road location. I think the FOH was trying really hard & the kitchen is just inexperienced or understaffed but $50 is a lot of money for a single dinner for so many things to go wrong. I do appreciate them trying to fix it but it still feels inexcusable.
Wow. Besides our sweet waitress, there’s not one good thing about this restaurant/location. We were one of maybe 4 tables, and the only table upstairs. We waited 50 minutes for our meal. 1 chicken tender appetizer, 1 kids BLT, and 1 Mac N Chz Burger. When we finally received our food the chicken was inedible, like it had been under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. The burger had FIVE mac and cheese noodles, and 3 pieces of chips. The BLT was fine other than the toast being cold and soggy. We didn’t fault our waitress because she was overwhelmed with more tables coming in, but we immediately asked to speak to a manager. After about 10 minutes she came back to our table and said the manager told her he had no time to speak with us. That he was busy. Truly unbelievable. He actually got angry with her. She comped 2 of our items even though the manager never even suggested that to her. We won’t be back to this location.
Unfortunately, this location seems to be going downhill. They used to do a decent lunch. I visited with my family on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The waitress was nice enough but very absent. We had an issue with 2 of our drink orders, but the appetizer came out quickly enough. We waited 45 minutes and the entrees never came, with maybe a dozen other people in the whole restaurant and bar. The server stated there was only one person working in the kitchen and all the other cooks had been let go. Unfortunately, we got tired of waiting, paid for our nachos and drinks, and left.
