Incredibly rude older lady at the front of the store. Asked when an order would be ready and she ignored me for about a minute. I asked again for an estimate and she finally said it About 10 minutes that is fine but even when I left the store and was nice enough to say thank you I was still ignored by the lady at the front. I don’t know what her deal is I don’t know if she had a bad day but don’t you dare treat customers like that. Completely ignoring somebody or giving short answers is not good customer service
Tried to call my order in and was hung upon 12 calls. I did not receive a receipt and when I ask for it the young man said he couldn't print another one, but I did not receive tany. I watched and he was balli g the recipe up and throwing it in the trash.
Apparently calling ahead doesn’t work. Called and got placed hold, drove from Salem, paved and order in person and got it before they ever took me off hold. This place is absolutely terrible.
This Little Ceasars ROCKS! They are fast, efficient and our orders have always been correct. Absolutely delicious too!
Gotta be honest, been getting pizza here for about a year, something has gone wrong with staffing. If you're not doing the order ahead Pizza Portal, pull up a chair and a book or pillow. You're going to be waiting WAY too long. Once you get your food, it's always been great, but need some help on prepping for a dinner time rush, and get someone who is well trained to take orders and run the register.
Normally when I come to this store I get little or no issues, but tonight was quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had with a restaurant in a very long time, if not ever. I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order around 10 minutes before 7 pm and I had been helped by two different employees and was told multiple times to wait because “they’re working on it” and they just got slammed and were super busy. They were busy but I watched everyone in the restaurant, even the people and Dashers who showed up after me get help and get their food before me while I was told my order was still being made. I waited on this order for over an hour and didn’t get to pick it up until after 7:50. Eventually the man who I assume was the manager told me they never had put the order in and that’s why it was taking so long. He said they were telling everyone the wait would be 20-25 minutes on orders. Now I don’t mind waiting on an order like anyone else but I do mind being lied to and I do mind waiting over an hour for 4 pizzas and some crazy bread.
The staff is so unprofessional, and they always change your order and make you wait an extra hour so , when they do give it to you rush out the door and when you get home so stressed out and so angry after an hour of wait you don't want to go back to get what you really paid for, for the third time. I. So disappointed of this place.
This location has ALWAYS been amazing! But especially tonight, the Williamson road store accepted my order through the app and then I show up to get it — lights out, no one there. I came here, I showed them my order and they are making it right —- even though they are not affiliated. VERY much appreciated!!!
I liked the pizza and so did my kids. However, feel bad because they were severely under staffed and the poor dudes were working as fast as they could. Otherwise, delicious pizza and get your peeps some help!
I loved my visit there but I was there for waayy to long and all I ordered was 5-hot and ready pizzas and 1-crazy bread and salsa but yet I was there long enough to put in 2-applicarions basically they were backed up for real
