Lazy Bulldog was at the Sweet Donkey tonight. Great food!! Highly recommend the honey glazed chicken kabob. However, everything looked amazing that came out of the truck. Keep up the good work guys!!

It only gives me a 5 Star max rating, but hell with that because I’m giving it 10!! ?I stopped into the Bistro for the first time this afternoon by chance as I stumbled across the storefront in the midst of running errands nearby. I was drawn into the atmosphere the moment I stepped into the door. This is a small establishment, but it does not give off the same feelings/vibes I experience in the majority of similar sized businesses. This Bistro, though small, gave me a breath of fresh air and none of the cluttered overwhelming feelings that often come with small spaces, and it was CLEAN! I have worked at several restaurants and I could tell immediately the owner and the employees take pride in treating this business like family, like home. Which leads me to the service I received during my visit, the Bistro closes at 2pm and I was “one of those people” and didn’t read the posted hours, I just saw they were open. I walked in the door at 1:50pm, TEN minutes before closing and I was immediately acknowledged even though the gentleman working was turned around working on another task. His response time to greet me was as if he had been the greeter and was waiting with a smile all along. He was friendly, and I asked to look at a menu, which he graciously provided and then he even took the time to patiently answer my endless questions about what he recommends, etc. I finally made a decision on what I wanted to order probably right at 2 or maybe even a few minutes past. He was happy to get my order started right away and as he is pulling all of these fresh ingredients to prepare my lunch, I see the shining and clean freshly bricked grill - that turned out to be what he was doing when I walked in the door, cleaning the grill because they were closing and I was the finale to the rush. But he had zero irritation, no rushing me, no making me feel or even suspect I was the person who would be starting his work over or holding him over. He made my food with a smile, held friendly conversation, and my food was done and packaged fresh and hot within 10 minutes. Upon leaving, I looked at the hours on the sign and saw they were closed by the time I left, but I never would have known it if I had not looked because I felt welcome and invited by the gentleman working and the beautiful, yet simple, atmosphere. It took me 20 minutes to return home and eat my food and I was pleased when I opened my carry out box to see that my burger and my fries had been wrapped individually in a thick aluminum foil to hold the heat in and ensure I would experience as fresh to in-restaurant as possible…and it worked! The food was hot and absolutely delicious! The buns used are fluffy and fresh, the fries were crispy and perfectly cooked, the meat on the burger was seasoned delightfully and prepared to perfection and held that juicy burger punch we all love when we take that first bite into a burger! I will definitely be returning, I will bring friends next time to share what a wonderful experience this was, and I will also definitely work toward an hour prior to closing instead of 10 minutes. ?
Great burgers, the Garlic Bomb burger was exactly that, BOMB! The Aioli was so good - for sure ask for some of it on the side, get your fries crispy, and dunk away!Don’t be afraid of the small grill, what it lacks in size makes up for in HUGE flavor.The guys behind the counter are great too - and if you see something on the menu you don’t think you’d like - you are wrong. Just pick a burger and enjoy!
This was the best burger I have had in a decade or longer! The place is really well put together and super friendly service. Excellent portion sizes and final presentation. We'll definitely be heading back often to this place!
Absolutely fantastic food. Got their teriyaki pineapple burger and had to strongly argue with myself to not get seconds. Extremely nice staff and all my coworkers would love to see you all at PH again!
Delicious burger, I think it was the Teriyaki burger. Nice sauce of pineapple on it. I asked the guy to cut the burger in half so we could split and he did a darn good job! I will watch for this food truck!!

This place is a hidden gem ? the burgers are really really good. The place is clean small and feels like home atmosphere. The burgers are good size with many options. The gentleman on the grill rocked and I was happy to have eaten here. This place is highly recommended. They have a small restaurant in the shopping center where food truck is parked. Great job fellas
