Went to return stuff from another kroger and the csr's Sharon and Tiffany were so unprofessional. I had a receipt from the pick up order and a digital receipt on my phone for the pick up order. Showed both and they still would not offer a return on incorrectly priced items we purchased and wanted to return. So as Tiffany is walking away for some reason I tell her to go ahead and get the manager. So Jeff comes and does the exact same thing won't offer a refund because the paper receipt says transaction suspended but I have the digital receipt as well. I can't help what kind of receipt i get from a pick up order. I had the digital receipt which was enough to begin with. After about an hour of waiting and dealing with these rude people they finally gave me a refund and I was so upset I couldn't even do the shopping I wanted to do as well. A twenty minute trip turned into an hour ordeal just to return items I paid for.

would recommend they enforce mask wearing policies, especially for their employees, but also the clientele. I saw all ages of people there without them when we need to be safe. Another thing was there were absolutely zero shopping carts in the store ready for use and two teen employees sitting where the carts are supposed to be just chatting away. outside of that would maybe say up your options for meats and veggies when the pandemic is over or sooner if possible. Outside of these things it is a store that has a good enough selection to do and is easy to get around.

Kroger really let me down when I depended on them. I have done Clicklist orders many times but today my order was lost. No explanation and no alternative offered. Will be calling Kroger corporate as this was the day, of course, when there was no time left to do a walk through myself. Maybe it is time to try Walmart or Food Lion. The Clicklist phone staff was cordial and very young but not able to help.

They used to have great bagels from their bakers, however, they've recently changed their recipe and are no longer the same any more. They do have the option in their bakery to order specialized cakes and such. They could have offer a more variety of fresh baked breads and some of their baked goods are not in a sealed bag which results in the bread going bad quicker than usual.

Going late on a Sunday morning, they can be short on some things.

To be profiled and treated the way I was treated today by a lady named Judy is disgusting. This is ridiculous considering Kroger's is my go to store. Hmmmmmm. Just finished buying my stuff from Wal-Mart. Just lost a loyal customer until I feel the situation is rectified.

Paul made a lovely cheese and cracker appetizer with blueberry jam. I bought everything needed to make it.

I don’t know if the guy was loss prevention thinking I was trying to stuff a turkey up my dress or if he just thought I was cute but tell your loss prevention to either accuse me of ripping you off or leave me the hell alone as I shop.

Cashiers are inept. Stock was very low with few alternatives.

Not enough help For there click list program... just like most things start out with a bang and then goes to crap. Last two times guess I need another store
