Great warm donuts and friendly employees
The red sign was lit up, so that was all we needed to see! Stopped in for 2 dozen. Kids loved getting hats also!
Great, the workers served us fast, and nothing was out of stock. The place was really clean. Though we spent a good bit you can usually get your hands on a coupon of some kind for buy a dozen get a free dozen of glazed.
I ordered ahead using the app, and my order was ready when I arrived. I was in and out in 2 minutes. Everyone knows Krispy Kreme donuts are amazing. The service here is also very customer friendly and very quick.
I seldom go in this store and come out with just that. I went in for 2 glazed donuts and 2 raspberry. Well it did not turn out like anticipated. Instead, I purchased hot chocolate, bulk glazed coffee, 3 chocolate iced and 3 glazed. They were out of raspberry. I must give them props for their hot chocolate. It tasted like the hot chocolate your grandmother would make. The real damn thing. I was shocked. Though I visited Roanoke store and I live in Richmond. I will be visiting my Richmond store a lot more now.
I wish it would have been Hot N' Now time. No raspberry filled donuts. A new (to me) Kreme filled ring donut was good. Caramel Mocha latte was yummy.

I will always and forever love Krispy Kreme. However on this visit do you need customer service was not as good as it could have been. My friend asked about what kind of donut she got for free and two people told her they didn't know and to hold on they would find out but just said we didn't know and left it at that. The lady that was training was okay just a little shy but the lady that was helping her wasn't very friendly. Even though my friend could have phrased what she phrased better the lady could have just Shake It Off and gone on. But again I will always always go to Krispy Kreme.
Nice clean store, super friendly staff, and a large selection of donuts. Always fresh and always tasty! My daughter likes to watch the donuts being made and riding the conveyor, so the large viewing area appeases her.
We placed an order online while we were in town. By the time we specified the donuts were ready for pick up. We went through the drive thru. The woman working in the drive thru was so welcoming and nice. She handed us our order and thanked us purchase. It's always refreshing to pull up and see a happy person doing their job. The donuts were great.
