The cleanliness of the dining area was filthy. I was there 11:39 in the morning. This means they were not open very long. I do believe the dining room was not cleaned the night before. Most of the tables were dirty and with food particles. Old balloons on the floor, and the floor was very sticky. However, our cashier service was good..
One day the insides open, one day the inside is closed, and it's very inconvenient for people to have to keep getting out of their cars to check and see if they're open. All they have to do is put a sign up. They're always out of whatever I need to come get. I always get the excuse "oh, well we have to wait for that to cook". I have yet to show up to this KFC and just pick up an order without having to wait. Unacceptable!
They don't pay attention they are rude and takes you 30 mins to get a mobile order don't pick up the phone and the employees have a attitude problem
Awful service didn’t have chicken or even an employee say a word to me for 10 minutes. I am a DoorDash driver and they talked about me making fun of me while I sat and waited for them to finish.
One thing I cannot stand is pulling up to a drive thru speaker and the voice saying "whats you order". Where's the introduction? Ordered two biscuits, paid for two biscuits and famous bowl, to get home to one biscuit and it's flat mashed under the bowl. No "thank you have a good evening" or anything, quite rude at best. Used to be a high volume store,I see why not anymore. I'll drive to Vinton next time I want KFC, even with gas prices the way they are... SMH
I was served raw chicken when I took it back the manager expresses she would have just ate around it. Blood was coming out of the chicken thigh. Horrible service... they are not for the customer, never once got an apology... never will I go to a KFC again in my life!!!! Electric road Roanoke VA never get food from there!!!
Unfortunately not as expected, branch is run by some Teens without any Adult supervision!!!Place could have been better if taken care of..!!Since place is Not Clean,Needs lots of care this is outside So what about Kitchen & Food??!!You'll wait till someone comes to Cashiers,No trays even if Dinning in!!!??? Get it in paper bags...Spicy Chicken Sandwiche is Small and not that Spicy... Fries was Cold and very Salty...?WiFi available and parking...
Was clean, friendly, and best of all we could eat inside. Food was excellent as well.
Ordered from grubhub and my drink, sauces, plates and utensils were all missing. All of my chicken was old, burnt, dry (even the skin which is typically a little soft on original), flavorless and it barely had any salt (which is rare for kfc). I've never tasted anything like it from a kfc ever. The biscuits were literally hard as a rock. Everything was just awful and I'm not even being remotely dramatic. The only thing that was okay were the potatoes and coleslaw. Which brings me to my second complaint, this is my second time experiencing this. Last time it was the same thing but everything was still stale but relatively acceptable except the potatoes were completely scorched and even had streaks of brown which was not gravy. I'll never eat here again.
It was good (as usual). I learned to take an extra biscuit and skip the soda! I got drinks at home anyway.
